I sympathise with you ladies, I belong to a private golf club so we don’t tend to have quite so many people queueing at the desk but there is occasionally a certain person that enjoys arguing club policy with the counter staff which is annoying as well as completely pointless. They don’t make policy so why vent at them, keep your frustrations with policy for those that make it.
