Fetal Doppler picking up the baby’s heartbeat at 10 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼 👶🏼

First time using the Sonoline B fetal Doppler. I’m 10 weeks, 2 days today! It definitely works! My 6 year old took the video 😆.

I picked up my baby and I am only 7 weeks, doesn’t hurt to try just keep an open mind that baby might be to low to find till after 10 weeks ❤

Using a doppler is very tricky, sometimes it will show your own heartbeat. And yes baby;s heartbeat sounds different

It means it’s still picking up the heart beat but sometimes it’s too faint to hear.

Babys heart beats way faster than yours :)

An adult resting heart rate is 60-90bpm. The fetus will be substantially higher 130-160-ish.

Yes the heartbeat is faster when the baby is smaller. But still way faster than your heart beat.

I think that’s the umbilical cord… my babies heartrate has never been this fast on my Doppler or any of my appointments for any of my pregnancies usually the cord sound fast like this

That's the umbilical sound. That's not the heart sound of the fetus.. try moving it on the left and the right. A real heart sound using Doppler would sound tok tok tok and not woosh sound
