I love option # 2. It totally looks spacious!!! Hubby and I are downsizing to a 400 sq foot Condo. We are SO excited for this next chapter! 🤗

I’m so beyond sick of “apartment tours” that aren’t really apartment tours. Instead they are close up, “videographied” lists of all the crap that one has accumulated, where they got it from and where they keep it.

I’m interested in seeing how small spaces are maximized. I want to see the space as a whole, not one part at a time because really, viewers don’t know what they’re looking at.
I loved this video because not only did you show your ENTIRE space, you showed it with different decor and you switched up the furniture placement, hence, maximizing the space.
Stepping back , focusing on the SPACE, more than the STUFF in the space was so satisfying for me.
IMO….. THIS is an apartment tour!!!
