I genuinly love this. I wish each of us to have in our lives such brothers as these guys. Love life together, enjoy every moment of it and don't build any high expectations. Thank you for the great album.
Im so glad they dont rush finishing their albums. I dont want an album they are not happy with, nor do I expect the fans wanting an album that sounds rushed and kinda half done. BIG thumbs up to these guys
@~27:30, "In general the kit is a more stripped-down perhaps than the last record we did". I need to go back and see THAT previous kit :D
Love the sound of the album guys! Such a nice blending of genres (black metal and Sunn O))) doom-esque sections towards the end of Atropos) new to the band's sound. The music video for Atropos is amazing as well!
Having grown up with this band for the last 10 years, every year a new album has released has been key years of my life. 2023, you're gonna be a great year. The March 3rd concert was amazing, and Spencer, if you see this, I'm the dude that waved, walking behind the venue from the coffee shop before the show. Congrats guys!
Maaaan that was exactly what I was telling a friend yesterday night, that every time Periphery has released a new album it has been during crucial times in my life, and all of them has defined a season for me. I can tell you exactly what I was going through when each album came out, good and bad. Man I’m almost tearing up knowing I’m not the only one feeling like this. And by the way I was on The Fillmore on the 3rd too, I was practically in front row, right between Spencer and Mark.
@@juliobonilla3104 Dude I was right in front of Spencer on the railing! We must of been pretty much next to each other! Hell yeah, that’s awesome man! Always great to meet or talk to people with similar experiences!
love the riffs and jam on 8:25 - 8:35 is that some random jamming or parts of the song in their album ?
I love these album docs so much. It makes listening to the album even better. Godd job Jeff/Joe/Ekaterina.
I love watching these album docs. I have watched the P4 and Remain Indoors doc like 5x lmao
This needed to be 2 hours longer! But a great insight as always guys. You've knocked it out of the park again
The making of videos from periphery is an MBA about modern music. Thanks Guys
This album is so emotionally charged it’s like electric. Wax wings had me in tears. This is just as good if not better than p2.
P2 is the best for me! Wax Wings definitely reminded me of that album
This is gold . Thank you for releasing this video!!

911 what's your emergency?
neighbour: Yeah, I'm sensing a strong demonic presence from the house across the street... please send a priest ASAP
I really enjoy these docs. You guys are the best metal band. Much love!
Super excited for this!
It's awesome to get some insight in to how your music is made, I find it very inspiring.
And as always, you guys KILLED it.
🔥🔥🔥
This literally could have been 10x as long and I would have watched every bit of it.
I got to hear the Album 3 hours early because i live in northwestern oregon, i am 15 years old and i LOVE THIS ALBUM!!!
This all made my fucking week! I’ve been dealing with a lot of health problems out of nowhere for the last 4 months. Have had alot of feelings of hopelessness, but hearing new music from you guys this morning driving with the windows down brought more joy to me than I’ve been able to feel in weeks! Thank you all for your dedication to the music and everything you do to push the boundaries of this “sort of” genre lol
Did you take the mystery juice?
Periphery fan since 2010. I'll be 28 on March 22. Thank you for the early birthday gift 🙂
28:40 Seeing Matt do finger taps like this is relatable af
Dude having Spencer and Matt around added a layer to this record that I can’t really explain but I’m here for it. I hope this is going to be the process for every future periphery record
Today's been a good day for me. Been listening to this album on loop and preordered the new RE4 Remake. Speaking of video games, I like that this album pays direct tribute to Nobuo Uematsu with the ending track and has references to other games.
Lovely album, absolutely great work.
You guys are my number one inspiration for home recording. Great work Periphery, best modern metal band in the world.
You guys really set the standard again. This is what a band should aim to be. Thank you for another masterpiece you Legends! 🐐
It is good to see that in each album doco the boys have improved their coffee machines and coffee process!!
Always love these album vids. Love it!
watching this before i listen to the album! can’t wait to listen!!
Just finished this beauty. Now time to listen to the album for the first time
I love how the documentary is shorter then the album💀
I love how people still don’t know the difference between then and than.

@@tomsarrels8980 bro there’s better things to comment, at least take the piss in a more entertaining way🤷♂️
omg ur so right 🤪
I enjoy these documentaries so much! Thanks for sharing your process; great work on the new album!
It's really a pleasure watching these documentaries. It feels like I'm getting to spend time with you guys while you create and the insight is valuable and inspiring. The heady mixture of jealousy and joy I've felt watching y'all grow over the years is really something. I can't help but just smile and raise a glass to your continued success and well being.
Long time listener, first time caller here. I've loved seeing the insight into your creative process over the years with each album, even way back with clips of you recording the debut with Elliot's air drumming and Alex's farts. Happy release day fellas!
Been a fan since day 1. Always look forward to new material and the growing of the band and the members. This one hits home. Was trifling in life when the singles came out and just felt like the music and lyrics really correlated with what I was going through. The album just hits home. Don’t have words to explain how memorable and special this is.
As a music production student, this is like a masterclass. Love the tips & going through the set-up.
The making of Periphery II feels just like yesterday.
I just adore the positive vibe periphery has. It feels refreshing and inspiring to watch them make music!
Not only are they very talented musicians, but they're above all really great human beings. This is why I love Periphery so much.
Feel blessed to assist to this guys. Loving a band and its music is more than listening. Its wanting to understand and feel.
periphery’s approach to creating music is like building a castle with ur homies in minecraft
I love the inclusion of the full band vocals for Atropos at the end, sounds huge in the song.
Life changing album. Never even listening to this band until this album but I was blown away. Incredible talent.
I love seeing these behind the scenes type videos! The album slaps hard!
32:18 what song is this? I don’t recognise it
Thanks Nobuo!
Thanks Nobuo.
