🤣🤣🤣🤣
Eggspire, STAY SCRAMBLED!
You better refill my glass that I just spat out right now, good sir.
Oli would probably eat them like in that Vulvodynia video
I hope everyone enjoys the doc, we had a lot of fun putting it together! Also, please send donations in the form of sanity because after spending 2 years with these fine gentlemen I can't seem to find mine...
Dean refused to own up to his mistake of uploading the wrong version - tell him he owes me a beer. Or a nude.
@@mikeb6923 Full frontal nudity cut coming 2025
@@ConnorGilks It'll be a great way to advertise their next release! 😂😂
Dude it was fuckin sick, thank you.
Incredible job Connor.
"The ass is always cleaner on the other guy or something."
-Oliver Rae Aleron, Archspire Vocalist
I read that as aspiring vocalist
I read this comment the very second he said it
Ricky would be so proud. Canada stays strong with the sayings.
lololol i fucking died laughing when i heard this. Using this in place of grass is greener from now on.

Hearing Spencer say that he doesn't want the music to get slower and chiller really warmed my heart. Stay tech!
STAY TECH
Sooo many heavy bands get less brutal over time. Him saying that made me so happy. I want these boys 50 years old popping arthritis medication mid set so they can sweep riffs at 300bpm.
I love how they mock and always picking with each other randomly, but with seriousness and in a friendly manner.
You know these guys have working-class roots because they made an album short enough to listen to on your lunch break XD
This isn't a roast I fucking love this album
Jesus Christ, I'm dying at Oli shit talking Tobi and his ego, lmfao. You guys are so adorable, for real.
????
Talk about not being a hypocrite and putting it all on the table. Many times it's where friendships prevail.
@@Compendyum WTF does that mean!?
"Dean's looking like a white Steve Harvey"
Goddamn now that Jared said that I can't stop laughing, its so true
Bruh please when does he say this
@@ryang3225 At the end, after the credits
Best line of the documentary for sure.
that click they record to sounds like hospital equipment when something is going wrong for the patient haha
The bass tone on this album is fucking sweet!
Imagine taking 4 years to write 8 tracks. Absolute perfectionists!
I mean COVID also probably quite heavily disrupted the writing of the album, alongside the amount of tour offers they kept receiving after Relentless Mutation released. But I still agree with the perfectionist statement haha
And the album was mediocre and kinda dissappointing
Vildhjarta just entered the chat
@@el.pibedelrock no way, man ur insane. Album of the year easily
I refuse to believe that human fingers can actually move that fast
This album is a pleasure through and through. Didn't think anything could surprise me after so many years of listening metal, but then came this...
yes Vasko yes, we are all so thrilled and how amazing that you have been supersized, well done
Same here
Watching yall evolve into death metal lords is beyond satisfying
Ice, ice baby!
I love how Dean says he just wanted to do everything they did previously better, and that’s just exactly what they did lmao
So many Beneath the Massacre shirts, I hope whenever they do a documentary they all wear Archspire shirts in return, lol.
No joke though, the album is awesome, and it's great to see all the work put into it and all the hardships you had to overcome to get it there. Looking forward to the next one, and hope to catch you guys in passing on tour in the future.
Beneath the Massacre is one of my favorite bands of all time. THE band that got me into tech death. I love seeing them rep BTM
Using that Drain of Incarnation clean as background music while everyone was talking sounds so awesome. Thanks for taking the time to put this out and doing stuff like the mom's react video this album cycle. Your fans genuinely love you all!!
That background music is so nice that honestly I wouldn’t mind if they made a full album of slowed down stuff as like a one-off thing. Of course while still remaining tech, but the clean stuff does sounds really cool.
Archspire and their music is so damn awesome, it makes me want to break in someone's house and eat all their icecream.
Thats a weird urge you have, but I'm here for it
Oddly specific.
Damn. Oli is a true artist man. Hearing him talk about his process of coming up with this shit is so crazy.
I love the fact that their vocalist is so involved in the writing process from the get go. Rarely you see this in bands. Particularly if they don’t play any instruments themselves.
Honestly, if a band deserves to live only off of their passion, it's you guys. Amazing music, catchy, technical, varied, heavy... and I feel like you guys are only getting better, good luck!
Super interesting watching this! There was one part that stood out to me and was able to shine a light on something I've noticed about you guys. That part where you guys are talking about how Oli doesn't know how to play any instruments, but he knows how music is supposed to work. And how Dean and Tobi are like 'Fuck you, you don't play guitar!' but you're able to tell them straight up that it sounds good, or it doesn't. You guys are the first Technical Death Metal band I've been able to listen to ad-nauseum everywhere I go. In the car, in the house, cooking, working on my car, etc. And I think a huge part of that is, that you ALL know how to write actual songs. So many talented musicians want to show off just how crazy they can get, but it makes the music something that can only be listened to periodically or in specific scenarios. But you guys are the first TDM band in the 30+ years I've been listening to metal that I can honestly say I've listened to on repeat, and shit like Oli being able point out if something sounds good or not as a 'non-musician' plays a huge part in that.
Keep it up guys, you're otherworldly.
And then they come with Bleed the Future absolute masterpiece. Thank you Archspire!
Since I discovered archspire, (besides blasting this album every day). I've come to realize that they are by far the best musicians I've ever heard. Mind blowing is a rather large understatement. The fucking danger is back.
I love how Tobi ist beginning to get more attentions. I mean: he's a beast, like all of the other members, and he deserves it! Great job with the doc! I loved to see the human side of Archspire, especially when Jared Said "i don't know if I can play it live" or sth like that! I felt some kind of relieve!😂
You guys are hands down doing some of the best music around
STAY TECH
That rant about Tobi cracked me up. Still wondering how I can make canadian apples fly better than regular apples.
This album melted my face off. It's a relentless, pummeling Tech Death assault on your eardrums that doesn't let up for a second. I cannot state enough how much I love this band.
Watching this was so awesome. I'm pregnant and have been enjoying this album so much during my pregnancy and finding out Oli wrote a creepy ass pregnancy song is hilarious and perfect. Also someone please explain why they thanked Jason Momoa in the credits 😂
I think if im not mistaken Oli and spencer were in the movie with jason momoa
Jason Momoa is also a huge metal fan I think.
From Wikipedia:
"[Jason Momoa] is a fan of heavy metal music[47] and has noted that he "build[s] [his] characters off of metal songs".[48] He invited members of Archspire for cameo appearances in the first episode of the TV series See, and he also practiced proper screaming technique with the vocalist of Archspire, Oli Peters, for a significant scene in the series."
I heart ❤ Canada!!!
I miss the bands NOMEANSNO and 3 INCHES OF BLOOD and S.T.R.E.E.T.S.
I've always been treated like royalty in Canada. I can't wait to return.
Love from Tacoma, WA
I live in Vancouver and these guys are always insane live. The singer is always funny too, can't wait for their upcoming show
As it started I was about to cry - this band changed the course of my music
really dig Jared's t-shirt choices
YES! I've been waiting for something like this
This is one of the best making-of documentaries I've ever seen for an album. Also I didn't realize that they recorded this album with Otero; Allegaeon recorded their last few albums with him as well and it's utterly unsurprising that everything he's been putting out has been fucking incredible.
that smirnoff ice everywhere at the end of the documentary cracked me up
Wow, really cool documantary. It is so great to see whole band's approach to writing process. You can easily see how they are all down-to-earth and funny guys. I guess it is also so important to be able to get along well together when you are in a band doing all things together and it seems that works for them pretty well.
Amazing album, amazing stuff. Hope i can see them on stage one day.
That voicemail they added was just gold haha 🤟

I almost thought this was a new Archspire track, 😳 I was like 😱Yes!
HEYEUEUEYEYEYEY I HAD JUST TUNED IN TO THIS!!!!! And of course I find you again but HEEYYYYYY yassup!!!!!
Straight up the best tech death album I've ever heard. Production, performances and compassion is some unbeatable stuff.
I love how Oli mentioned the hip-hop influence on this album. I would highly recommend checking out Adam Neely’s video on ‘Scotch Snaps in Hip-Hop’ cause they’re definitely present especially on “DCA”. Crazy to seeing a rhythmic device being used in contemporary rap and tech death. Music is wild.
Album of the year!!!
TRVE!!!!!
Oliver should consider stand-up comedy! Dude is HILARIOUS and he'd come up with some killer material for sure xD
I don’t usually watch these the making of bands music or albums but this is very interesting especially with this band.
Bleed the future is a masterpiece
Most dialectic band in history, i hope they can stomache each other for a nother few decades.
Every album is getting better and better. Stay Tech boys
im not the biggest fan of tech death, but have been watching deans channel and have to say you guys sound sick and are CRAZY tight and BRUTAL! . gotta say you guys are undeniably awesome as a band aswell, and this albumdoc is on par with peripherys good job guys!
This was a great documentary - I personally love seeing the progression from jamming in a room to hearing the fully produced song and it's even better when you're a bunch of funny dudes too! Please do one of these again for the next album 😁
I cant imagine Archspire will create something greater than Bleed The Future
You know they will ❤
This album is what made me a fan.
The fact that this is basically a concept album about horror sci-fi antinatalism makes it EVEN BETTER than it already is
Bro ... these guys are so relaxed after venting everything into music
Big trouble in little China AND Dark souls shirts? No wonder you guys are one of my favorites
$800 worth of Smirnoff Ice is the content we’re here for, very enjoyable watch and amazing from the gear heads among us. Thank you!
about to see them again. ive been obsessed with their music for a year now. i happily support these guys, looking forward to the next album.
This is one of my favorite album making docs. Especially all the Smirnoff ice in the background.
So sick. My new favoriteband. Stay tech!
Warm regards from Sweden 🇸🇪
“Colgate Milkshake” sounds like the sickest band name ever. I fucking love these guys.
Album of 2021. Well done guys! Can't wait to see it live.
Love the chemistry between all you gents. Hope to see many more years of Archspire, if your bodies can keep it up!
Loved the documentary guys. Saw u guys in LA gotta be like around 2013 0r 14. I believe u guys were driving down from Canada. And me and our band at the time (Galaxy Crusher) talked to u after the show and u were surprised and flattered that we knew who u guys were and that we drove two and a half hours from Joshua tree,Ca to come see your show. Can't remember the bar/venue but it was a small and personal show which was awesome but when u guys came on it felt like an arena. So stoked for your continued success. Stay tech brothers!
43 min? Oh I'll be rewatching this one!
Also, I had no idea Spencer was Danny Carey's twin!
WORTH IT.
thanks to Archspire and producer Dave.
Best wishes to all.
Would love to see Beneath The Massacre and Archspire tour together
You mean again? They did tour together ;)
This was fucking great to watch. Excellent job all around. From filming, framing, pacing, editing work... Everyone dealing with Oli's Wacky Ballsacky shit... Amazing work!
Literal only small complaint from me is that dates on screen during the recording process would've been cool to see. That's it.
Much love, STAY FUCKING TECH!
That information is classified
I see you guys got the professional car interview opening
So sick. I love when bands give an inside look like this. Bleed the Future is an incredible album!
Everyone wearing beneath the massacre merch makes so much sense now
OMG! Thank you for putting this up! And thank you again a million times for y'all know what!!!! It's a huge honor!!!
It is, ARCHSPIRE is my favorite band, they are my daily life/existence.
@@thelastdaybreathinginetern1385 The ''Staytech'' woodcut in the background! FanMade!!
when the metronome already sounds like fucking fire alarm you know that band means business... here i am, struggling to get accent permutations for 16th notes stick control exercises on drums at like effin what... 80 bpm? meanwhile these guys just shred at double the tempo easily. also, there is not enough footage of Daves backhead.
I like your, Cult of fire pfp
I love how it transitions from Dean joking about how he's horny for Dave, to:
"I'm gaaaaayyyy" lmaooooo
Also, I too am gay for Dave cuz his production skills and the way he interacts with you guys in the studio is GOLD. That's a producer ANYONE would be damn lucky to have
This is the best tech death album of all time. I look forward to your next!
Legend has it. That Archspire, is one time traveling man.
This video reminds me why I don't play in bands in person and I only make music with others over the internet. I could never have the patience for all of this lol
If for some reason music doesn't pan out, these dudes could easily make it as a comedy group lmfaoooo 🤣🤣🤣
Don't let age change you. Stay fast, stay tech! Keep setting the example for other extreme metal bands. Force them to keep up with you or get left behind.
I love the concept for the album lmao it’s a great idea
Sentence of the day :
It's really a pain in the ass to write this type of albums
Well I am sure no body would dare to say the contrary!!! The level of complexed details, sub divisions, and add to that beautiful accoustic guitar melody
Really, it's amazing and needs to spend a hell a lot of time working on it amazing, really.
This IS INCREDIBLE to watch. I listened to this album at least 20 times. Watching this made me appreciate this album 100x more. Way to fucking go BOYS. 10/10, will watch this again. Can’t wait to see you guys live on MTL. BRING THE FUCKING DANGER!!!!
Man, I really missed those kinds of documentary/making of. That was great!
I thought braindrill were the fastest band alive, and later I discovered this archspire band much faster than ever, where the hell am i?
I just discovered you guys and I'm so happy I did. These past weeks filled with archspire content has been awesome
Love seeing making of band footage like this. Great documentary!
Oli is hilarious! His "story" about Tobi is pure comedy gold.
Great doc and the album is incredible! Can't wait to see you guys live!
Bleed the Smirnoff
I'm so glad this was made I really enjoy seeing how everything comes together !!!! Bring back the Danger !!!!!
Bring back the f**king memes in the music
Definitely my favorite Archspire release to date. This documentary was very well done. Can’t wait to see you dudes on the road again!
I loved this so much!! Thanks guys, I haven't stopped listening to this album since it came out. Seeing how it all came together was a treat!
Love the album, love this doc. Thanks for putting this out.
Gotta love them ransom Smirnoff bottles in the background from time to time.
That shot at 29:53 of Tobi on the couch holding a Smirnoff with thirty other bottles of it nestled into the corners is so fucking funny to me 🤣🤣🤣
Sweet...best DM album in 25 years.
This was a great doc, well done! I also find it funny that a band I was in recorded with Otero back in the day and that was the first time I'd heard Beneath the Massacre's "Evidence if Inequity" EP. Lo and behold, so many BTM shirts in this doc. Made me smile quite a bit.
I think that this worked really well. Best album to come out this year for me (as far as I’ve listened to) but yeah loved every song
Fantastic doc outlining the creative process for one of the best albums of 2021. I hope to see you guys next time you visit the great state of Texas.
STAY TECH!!!
Listened to the album for the first time tonight. Amazing album, thanks for the documentary as well!
