Hi. My name is Alex and I am a creative soul and a certified 'geek'. Most of my designs are themed around music and popular culture. So whether you love Twenty One Pilots, NF, Cavetown, or are mad about anime, movies, UA-cam, cosplay, and other pop culture, I will be trying my utmost to fuel your passion for fun creativity.
I also have a good range of basic ‘how to’ videos to help 'the beginner crocheter and beyond' learn some basics, plus tips and tricks to help crafters 'skill up!'

I did the slip knot then put the string into a figure eight, put the two holes together, and boom magic ring

I literally Never comment but oh my gosh thank you thank you thank you!!! I have rarely been able to make a magic circle and it always takes forever and actually had discouraged me from crocheting amigurumi but this is sooooo simple and easy I got it first try! Thank you!

I don’t understand why all the hateful comments just because you can’t properly see it or understand it. Don’t take it out on the videoer she did the best she could and at least she took time out of her life to make this video.

I have struggled so much with making magic rings that I tend to avoid making things in the round. This method is a game changer for me! I found your channel when searching for amigarumi patterns. I looked through all your videos and am going to binge watch all of them. I also subscribed to your channel and set it up to get notifications for all new videos in case you upload any new videos.😊
I have watched soooo many magic rings tutorials (I have been able to make some here and there but then have messed up later on and them not be very magical at the end 😂) THIS THOUGH!!! THANK YOU!! This makes it so much easier and works every time!!
I got it!!! This is amazing: I always felt there must be a "trick" to it and here it is. Brilliant. (Just a helpful comment I hope you don't mind. ) When you started you went straight into the Slip Knot which I already knew how to do. I didn't know it was part of your method so I nearly tapped off so perhaps tell us that The Slip knot is part of it, keep watching.

OMG this is too easy!
I thought this video was supposed to be for beginners but after you loop the sting there is no explanation on what to do next besides "just crochet into it"
I got so mad trying to follow this tutorial that I started crying! I keep trying to make the magic ring but I keep messing up and I don’t know what to do please can I make it any other way???
Noooo, don't cry. You can aways crochet 2 or 3 chains and join to the end and use that as a ring to start crocheting into. Can you make a slip knot? Let me know and I'll see if I can text talk you through it :)

@@uglybitcheden3498 ok... if you can make a slip knot, grab some yarn and a hook and I will try and help you through it - make a slip knot and put it on your hook ...
then place your index finger close to the the left of the hook. wrap the tail of the yarn anti clockwise around your index finger. crochet 1 stitch into the tail loop and you have a magic ring ...
maybe read this and then watch the video again and it might click with you... fingers crossed :)
