Yeah, I don't get it..This happens every time a "new" 911 comes out.. I still remember when the 991 came out in 2012 and everyone despised it, now it's suddenly cool because it's the last N/A engine...then the 991.2 came out with all Turbo engines..Oh no, it's the end of the 911 for good, they ruined it!!! But a few years go by, now people love them...Classic! :)
@@911Percent lol. The exact same people who said the old design was better in 2012, now they like the 2012 model better than the 2020 and on and on. I don't understand and this aplys to every new models. Having said that this 2020 911 is absolutely fantastic in and out. Miles better than the old design. Good choice. Congratulations
@@essel23fly The new taillight itself is 3D it not just 3 lines, but I understand your point. I think Porsche is focusing on simplicity..and rightfully so..!. Here we have a perfectly balanced tail with 3d lights and nicely integrated exhaust pipes. Also wait till you see one in person. I'm 100% sure this 2019 911.. (992) is going to be North America's car of the year, this year....This car has 443hp and hits 0-60 3.2 sec with pdk sport chrono.. 2019 car of the year , period....
992 is stunning, the tributes to the older cars and that interior is amazing , about time they switched it up. The interior choices are more than before as well. Btw you can have the 360 feature on IE with web unity player installed.
Finally someone that agrees with me!! Thanks for watching... I really like it and am so excited to finally see in person. There have been leaked images recently of the sport design bumpers -- so soo nice! Good to know about IE and the visualizer. Cheers
@@911Percent The full options get added every few weeks or so , custom dials are in now. BTW only the stubborn purist are slamming it and they come in waves from release date. Once the first cars get delivered, all the hate threads will be taken over by ownership, details and appreciation on rennlist. Nice spec. I’ve gone for adventurine green with slate grey / crayon leather . I’ve just ordered mine here in the UK. It’s interesting that your spec costs about £104k. My spec is not as good as yours and costs £125k! We’re paying massively more in the UK for Porsche. Bloody Germans!

My friend had his ducktail painted Adventurine on his 1995 Carrera and the Porsche body shop claimed that there actually isn't any "green" in Adventurine Green paint! I love how multi dimentional it is, especially in different light. You did well!!!! :) LOL about the price differences...doesn't matter where you are, I think the option structure and pricing is mental.

Wheels are too big on the new 911, now it's beginning to look like a clown car. For the next version it will have 23 inch wheels, then 24, then 25....seriously?
Thanks for watching Bob..yeah all cars are huge today...it's just the way it is, my point was that the designers were able to hide that fact with the wider track and the staggered wheel sizes. My 997 could be called a HUGE GT too when it's parked next to my 993..lol And my 993 a boat next to a long-hood 911 on pizza cutter 15" steel wheels. Times are changing.. at least the bloated new cars have some muscle on tap that make you forget quickly that they're bigger than their predecessor. Cheers!

The more I look at the back of this car, the more I dislike it. I don’t like how there seems to be 3 bumper sections stacked on top of each other.
