Thanks. Love these old films. Be worth getting them restored professionally?

I like the 1970s snuff film effect on this video. 10/10

I remember selling my beloved HG Kingswood on one of these. First impressions was that it was very comfortable with an excellent driving position. The ride and handling were first class. There were a few issues that pestered me though:- the interior fit and finish was woeful, and just fell to bits around me. The Trimatic was rough and jerky and difficult to select second gear from top manually, as you had to squeeze the button to do so, but not when shifting from top to neutral! The 202 was hard to start in the morning, and performance was ok, but hardly neck snapping.
Finally, the dealer fitted aircon was ineffective and difficult to work out. The control on the dashboard looked like it was designed by a five year old, and had silly illustrations that lacked logic. It was impossible to demist the windscreen without the air conditioner on. Just generally a disappointing car with silly quality issues.
The HG was a less comfortable and more basic car(of course) but it gave me years of reliable service by comparison. The pre pollution 186's were bulletproof and torquey.

I had a different experience. the 202 started fine for me on cold mornings however you needed to have the choked fully extended. The trimatic would jerk if you shifted manually from top to second however left to its own devices the shift pattern & execution was fine for the period. Mine was fitted with the factory 'harrison' a/c which I found effective enough, especially after years of having vehicles with no a/c.
That car ran onto 170k's before I traded it & went to VH.

What the hell am I watching? I know I'm supposed to be watching the promotional video for the Holden VB Commodore, but the picture isn't very clear, and the sound is awful!
