Ferrari have paid for drivers to sit out a year before so I wonder if they are also subsidizing his Williams contract to keep him away from Red Bull. Let's be honest, he is the only driver who could realistically be Max's team mate if Red Bull want the constructors' championship next year.

The VW Golf is an excellent car for the masses and he even had the GTI Version!😉 Carlos Sainz is not insecure and does not need to parade a fancy car to prove to all and sundry his worth as a personality. His Character comes from within, he's a class act and does not need to prove anything to anyone as he let's his talent speak for itself... Which got him into F1 in the first place and ultimately into Ferrari. He's very rarely has a bad word to say about anyone and in my view he is a product of a well balanced and grounded up-bringing. I feel a lot of this is evident when you see him around his father.
I have the feeling that LeClerc's and Hamilton's personalities are going to clash, and Ferrari know one of them will be out the door sooner or later. Sainz has proven he's a team worker.

Wasn't, the people who know him best only gave him a 1+1 year contract, and no ambassadorship. There had to be a reason, maybe they saw enough of a decline to not want to risk more. I am a massive Sainz fan but Leclerc had overall better stats. Both are really good drivers and had the lowest gap between each other as Team drivers. There is nothing to think about. Getting Lewis Hamilton is massive and it was just a natural decision to take him and not Carlos. Carlos was also simply unlucky because all the other teams didn't really have an open spot or atleast already had much different plans. He is a good driver and I believe that he might be able to get Williams to the upper teams again. Only time will tell ...
What Fred said is acually explained. Till the last corner Carlos has been supporting the Scuderia. We have lots of drivers leaving the team in 2024, for example Sergio, Lewis, Valteri,Ocon, or Niko. But through out the last race. Carlos never give up. Like Kimi whi will return to Maranello, i can see why Charles and Fred trust him. Am sure Charles will always compare Seb or Lewis with Carlos. Charles had several incidents wih Seb in the past, none with Carlos. And when you compare with Lewis, it is bi strange if Charles compare it with what has been happened between Niko and Lewis in the past. So, in summary, Maranellp wants Carlos to rejoin Scideria in the future.

Monsieur LeClerc was an extremely eccentric individual. He fancied himself as a master of disguise, but in each of his 'get-ups' it is obvious that it is him. He is a loyal and reasonably intelligent Resistance agent and is very devoted to his country.
