I was like you a few years ago, it’s a lot of fun! Don’t hate on kipping, it’s mean for work capacity. A telltale of a good gym and it’s coaches is not teaching you that until you can do at least 10 strict pull ups

My program has me doing 4x5 of power back squats and 3x10-12 of Front Squats at least once a week. Seems to work well with the variance of rep ranges and volume.

Been adding small amounts every week starting on 70-75 % Can you talk about how long or how many weeks in particular u usually go for? Do you have a backoff week in between before testing your Max again? Love the vids, keep up the good work!

Goal of 2021 is to join a CrossFit box! How do Boxes incorporate strength/hypertrophy training into the workouts? Is it something i should do on my own? Tips please
I would say it depends on the box and who does the programing. At my box, the coach who programs for us, we always start with a strength portion, squats, presses, deadlifts ect, and then we do more of a metcon workout after the strength session.
Just sign up for CrossFit ... almost all gyms follow a strength/metcon program ... it’ll take care of itself. If you want to progress faster .. perhaps after building a solid foundation ... then yes you can go to open gym and work on whatever your little heart desires
You do like you are just an avarage crossfitter some times. You have more change to join a big competition if you want to then most of the viewers here 💪

Other than the body cues, best coaching I ever received was to perform every rep as a single.

You can add some strength training during open gym hours. That’s the best way to get stronger.

Knee clicking/popping isn’t bad. Take 10 seconds and google it.
