My best friend is an INTJ, almost every time we meet I mess up our meeting with my messy time schedule (by accident, trust me) and he freaks out to replan everything 😅. but Ne and Ni conversation... oh boy that's a wonder.

My closest friend is an ENFP. The wall thing is true. She sat beside me on the first day of school and started to talk with a genuine curious look an her face. She told me that she never thinks that I'm intimidating or weird, said that I'm just different and since then we're best friends. I'm glad to have her in my life
I met my INTJ friend in a similar way. My INTJ had a friend who was giving me dirty looks. I don’t know what made me ask her why is her friend giving me dirty looks. Her response was “I don’t know. Ask her.” The was she said it was so stoic I thought I was hilarious. My response: “Yeah, I like you. We are going to be friends. You are easy to read” the amount of confusion on her face 😂😂😂😂 She is the ying to my yang. She keeps me focused and the delight of exploring her inner world.❤😂😂😂
I’m an INTJ and when around people I’m not compatible with, there definitely is a wall. But ENFPs turn me into a complete child and it’s the best feeling ever. I haven’t had this experience since prepandemic and there is definitely some ni fi loop stuff happening now
ENFP here, and this was so accurate. My little heart is warm and it feels so good to be understood. I am currently in a relationship with an INTJ and its the most genuine connection I've ever felt. He just gets me. 🥰 I can't wait to see what the future has in store for us 💗💗
Spoiler Alert: some of us, are physically disabled, extremely shy, or just social instinct is last in individual stack (and ENFP'S are prone towards self isolation, if they live in hostile environment, without possiblity to escape), and we tend to live in virtual reality. As an ENFP, I met an INTJ girl and I absolutely adore her because she's very straightforward and just says things the way she sees them. Therefore I feel safe with her because I don't have to keep guessing how she feels. The thing that you said about ENFPs, how they're "consistently inconsistent" is. So. True. I know at least three different ENFPs and I could no belive the were all ENFPs. Simply, because they're so different from each other.
You have no idea how naked I feel when u stated about the hint of sadness, how no Se nor Fe in our stack creates this self awareness of not fitting in with the social norm and feeling sad, lonely, and even 'punished.' I'm glad that by not having Se nor Fe we still provide value through it.

I’m an ENFP, the guy whos the most attracted to me is a stoic science bro INTJ🤠we clicked in one minute. Both travelers looking for the meaning, “wow we are soulmates” yet on the outside we are nothing alike. He’s really calm and I bring that chaotic energy. Unfortunately he lives on the other continent. he even tried to push me away and was disappearing, well he’s probably going through 5 stages of grief with me and will give in soon hopefully😂
An unhealthy INFJ hurt me (ENFP) really bad recently and I found my way here because I miss my INTJ so much. We were the best pair. He's the only one who ever understood all of the parts to me. We ENFPs really value you INTJs too. This video was wonderful.

ENFPs are truly the most chaotic type and it’s kinda our only rule. Politically makes sense that we are all over the board. ENFP research also shows we have of all the 16 personality types the most balanced brain functions. We tend to be pretty equal across the board as well as highly varying in what we use. We are chaos without the negative connotation, in fact our connotation highly depends on our Fi and the abstract chaos is just what Ne is in a nutshell.

I have always had mixed feelings whenever people talk about INTJ and ENFP as the golden pair. Like you, I see some truth to it. They are wells of ideas and inspiration. They give the creative ideas while I will be the one that works to make their ideas real, concrete, or workable. I also like the fact that we both have this desire to make a world a better place. Although at times, when I am in my anti-social, mistanthropic moods, I tend to avoid them because they can be overbearing and they tend to really just focus on what they think is right or how they think I or the world should be.
Try "study with" them, and they'll likely be up for it. Nothing more fun than diving into a new topic that piques the interest. Even better, doing it with a buddy.

9:24 Haha, 😂 You INTJ you! The most INTJ thing you said was about Enchanted vs. Pride & Prejudice. It’s because of how we view it differently. So, the explanation below is tongue-in-cheek, I love both movies. I don’t think Darcy’s toxic and find him the more intriguing one. I found Dempsey to be kinda a grump in that movie. He’s one of the those disappointing INTJs where there aren’t any fun, nuanced layers. He didn’t reveal a whole other side. He just grew to like her. And she was an idiot for putting a fish in her mouth. 😂 However, she is adorable, so totally see why you’d pick her. Now, for the scrumptious Mr. Darcy (just commenting on the Knightley version). THIS is the type of INTJs we ENFPs love. He grew leaps and bounds and truly showed a loving side and was loyal to her. He helped her family in secret finding and paying the very man-who broke his sister’s heart mind you-a yearly allowance, so he’d marry Elizabeth’s younger sister and avoid a scandal that would've ruined all of the other Bennett daughters' prospects. It was an extremely high allowance, too. Mr. Bennett knew as much. When Knightley was playing the piano at that old woman’s house, Darcy told her he found it hard to converse. She told him something along the lines of just do it. What does he do? The very next day, he tries. Sure, nerves got the better of him and he left, but he tried. This shows love. And not only did he not yell at her when she insulted and mocked his very INTJ-like proposal, he doesn’t argue with her. What does he do? Writes her a letter, explaining how that douche bag broke his sister’s heart. He isn't arrogant; all I explained so far he would not have done. And at the end, he *walked* to her house, just like she told him she was a fan of. He matured and learned how to speak in her love language and made a better proposal. And not only did he do all of those good selfless deeds without telling her (and she having to find out through third parties), he still respects her one last time during the proposal. He risked his still-wounded heart and took one more risk to propose because he got the implications from his aunt; however he told Elizabeth that one word from her would silence him forever. Consent, love, love and loyalty through action. AHH! No comparison! Pride & Prejudice is absolutely not toxic. I love a nice, layered INTJ onion. Snagged one myself. 😉 Darcy, ftw
I love both representations of INTJs but I feel like I have to defend Dempsey's character in Enchanted after you wrote the defense for Darcy! His character sheltered a random person he met on the street that he thought had mentally unstable, helped try to find a way to get her home, gave her money to sustain herself when she said she wanted to go look for Prince Charming, gave her a place to stay again when she couldn't find him, fed her, took her on a date, didn't kick her out when his previous relationship was on the line, didn't yell at her for cutting up his drapes, and most importantly..he allowed Giszelle to be around his daughter that he adores. Although jaded, Dempsey's character is a very healthy INTJ because he understands and displays empathy when he doesn't have to 🙂

Bravo 👏 very interesting video! As an ENFP I totally understand the underlying sadness, but I’m also very bubbly and outgoing when around good energy bearing people. I admire the INFJ’s desire to make positive change in other peoples lives and their genuine kindness and altruism, also their focus and intellect! The ENFP’s adventurous side mesh’s well with the INTJ’s want to explore new and different places and things.
I'm (ENFP) right now are close with an INTJ guy. People tend to address him as a cold and rude one, but i can't see any of that tbh. His straighforwardness actually what makes me interested at him. Despite how none of us try to get closer, we find so many connection in many aspects in our life that we can't denied we did feel a strong connection. We weren't try to find a romantic relationship. But somehow it's really comfortable to stay together. And thank you for the last message, i need to hear that. 😂

This was very intriguing! Thank you, for explaining the stereotypes and where they go wrong. I’ve been so conflicted with how the stereotype describes me as a ENFP and how cold and judgmental the INTJ is described. From my experience a INTJ can be surprisingly outgoing (in a intellectual way) when they are in their element and even friendly and open minded to other peoples thoughts.
My one friend I suspect is an ENFP, he said he loves that "mean mug" 🤨face I make and he finds it funny? I'm like NOOOOO don't do that lol. He ALWAYS finds my need to be sarcastic---you guessed it FUNNY, my wild ideas he builds on them and insists "he's in"😮? Normally people never make it past the death stare, yet there he is letting me prattle on about some outlandish business I find funny, while telling me "avoiding the fuzz will be fun...". I texted him a pic of the slot machines while I was at a casino and says "yes win us some money so we can't start that business we were talking about..." 🤯 There's no fuss with our friendship, no drama, no expectations it's just chill AF. He texts a couple of days before he calls to make sure I'm cool with talking on the phone!!! 😎He just gets me and isn't trying to change me or get something out of me---REFRESHING.
"ENFP don't see the walls", it's true and similar with ENTP. ENFP seems "detect" when a thing or person is different, unique, original, they are naturally attracted to us like a magnet surely because we are unique and different. It's strange and magic how Ni Ne instant connect. As a friend yes, but as relationship no for me, it's my personal preferences and experiences. Fi seems more prone to express sadness, negatives emotions. Certains ENFP are more calm than others who are more emotional. Wearing white and/or hoodie fit so well to INTJ !
I know I'd for sure be attracted to someone like that and approach them if I hadn't been homeschooled, I remember not getting the cues that my cousins were joke flirting with this kid at their house like I asked what they were doing with their winks and hand waving kissy faces or something, and they said they were flirting so I calmly went 'oh..' before the absolute ***STORM*** of running after him trying to go in for a kiss that he literally climbed a fence, grabbed hold of a vine and swung across a mini river to his house so yeah MAYBEE I don't always get social cues but you can't say we'll play games with how we feel because the same thing happened with my neighbour that my brother helped set out this plastic kids picnic table out in the backyard for him to sit, and I say take a seat or something before straight out saying I loved him and that freaked that kid the hell out he ran and then literally moved back to his FIRST COUNTRY
... because the crazy think is FUN! And the wild spirit leads to adventure! How else is my INTJ husband going to have random hypothetical conversations about what the world would be like if we clapped using our feet instead of our hands? And who else is going to wonder out loud if the shape of fruity pebbles were inspired by a booger? 😂 How else will he have an entire subculture built around our 3 cats, which include their rapper names (Oh-rie, K-Lobe and Little Way), the fact that the oldest kitty is the chief of the other two and is also a Mexican Don, that none of them deign to use vowels when they spell, and that one of the younger cats is a raptor bent on taking over the world while his wombmate (litter mate), is really a cousin of Garfield and came from the cabbage patch? Oh! And they each have their own voices when we narrate their behaviors. 🤪 Plus... how else would he have seen more of our country since meeting me than in the 27 years before meeting me (we've been together 14 years and married for 11)? And who else would get him to willingly zipline over alligator habitats, swim with dolphins and stingrays, hold juvenile alligators, pet flamingos, play with penguin chicks, feed stingrays by hand, feed birds on our arms in an aviary, hold starfish and sea urchins while walking on the bottom of an aquarium and wearing dive helmets, go spelunking, and camp in the wilderness for 10 days until our dog got us kicked out by a park ranger because camping was apparently not allowed on that trail and his human-like cries caused hikers to think we were wounded in our tent? Also, who else would convince him that visiting a volcanic park with sulfur deposits and boiling mud 5 hours before our flight left to return home was a good idea? We arrived at our gate just in time for boarding but had the time of our lives in the meantime... and now we finish every vacation with a super fun day right after check out. We plan the latest flight home possible, spend the day exploring and then head to the airport at the last possible second. Prior to meeting me, he really only went on trips with his family or school. They rarely traveled and usually stayed close to home. He only socialized with a small group of people from our church. And he spent much of his time alone. Since meeting me, I've brought color, fun and chaos to his life. He loves our adventures and our mental sparring, as well as our cryptic communication, our fun what if... discussions, and the subcultures I build around random things... including inanimate objects. My goodness... ENFP really is chaotic and all over the place. 😂 But, we are fun and we simply get INTJs... and we feel free to be our weird, chaotic selves around INTJs. My INTJ understands me in a way nobody else in my life ever has... including my ISTJ mother and ESFP father and ESFP brother. He understands me better than any friend I have ever made. The connection to him was instant from the first time we talked with one another. We just get each other and I love that it is like that for us.

I definitely need more ENFPs in my life. Someone who is good at getting me to go out and have fun. I thought you said previously that you didn't know any other N types. Or did you just mean Ni types or just other INTJs? Anyway, going back to that previous video/post conversation, since you were looking at characters, I'd recommend the ridiculously named 7th Loop light novel. It's a villaness reincarnation plot, and I will not pretend it's the best writing. But I was hooked by the very first chapter as it seems to be an INTJ/INTJ romance. Of course, maybe you'll have a different opinion of the MBTI types of the main pairing. But it works for me.
I'm fine with any pairing for INTJs as long as they treat us well 😂. I'm not sure if I accidently mentioned that I don't have N type friends in a previous video but I've collected all MBTI types throughout my life.
8:22 as an ENFP, you're not wrong - the other day - while at work - being told the worst possible outcome of a situation that could have happened, had happened - my immediate reaction was a very loud laugh..... My co-workers looked at me. It's like, well yep, i guess we get to sorting this now hey? The situation is what it is, so why be miserable about it?... and I guess I found it humourous because of COURSE it was the worst possible out come.
As an ENFP, I get called on my sarcasm, My friends and work colleagues say it is so deadpan you can't tell if I am joking or serious. As for the "bubbly " side as opposed to the deep-rooted sadness, It's because we live in the "what could be" rather than the "what is" and that can make us INCREDIBLY sad. As for our political views, of course you will find ENFP's on both sides, because to us, it's the IDEA we want to champion, it's what we personally find just and true, not always the objective truth.

I met my INTJ friend before I knew what MBTI was or that I was an ENFP. We had both moved into the same college housing. We both happened to be the last two people to go to bed the first night we moved in. We stayed up late talking about Star Trek and Star Wars. Over the next couple of days I forgot I met him because our housing community included 43 other people and all of the introductions mash together. A year later I couldn’t remember how we met or became friends and it took me some time to find the memories. It remains a treasured friendship to today.
I really appreciate this as I am INTJ who have a good friend ENFP that makes me laugh all the time without fail 😂. The only one who will make fun of me when everybody else wouldn’t dare to go there and I wont even mind
The lack of Fe is what makes the difference. They are not deterred by our Fe signals because they don't see them. Entps who have Fe often will back off a little if they Fe sense us putting up a wall signal. Also enfps are the biggest N type group... they are everywhere compared to the rest of the Ns.
@JustcallmeJon haha. Maybe so. I know male intjs enjoy female enfps. I haven't met male enfp, but lots of female enfps. They also break down walls to get to me. In my case though I find they are developing their Te function and always want me to Te their problems, at all hours of the day. It gets exhausting. It's a way of outsourcing your own Te development. I've seen this with entps and infj also. Entps follow infjs for Fe outsourcing so that infj can Fe their problems. However, I do enjoy 2 enfp male streamers. Jesse Cox and DrGluon. They're hilariously goofy. Their let's plays are always a joy to watch.
I always feel bad for ENFPs, especially male ones, because there's so few INTJs for them to match with. And then we act like INTJs if they do find us. It's a lot tougher for them to get this match than it is for us.

My cousin is INTJ and I often attract other INTJs, and it feels like such an unlikely friendship, but it really is true that opposites attract. The guy I'm currently crushing on (also named John, haha) seems to be an INTJ as well, and I'm patiently waiting for an opportunity to invite him to travel to space with me sometime 🤭
I'm an ENFP and awwwwww!!! We love you guys too!! Whenever I meet an INTJ there's an instant connection right below the surface and conversations flow so naturally. You pull one thread and boom... 5 hours later we've talked about a million different things. Not only that, but exploring the physical world and going on adventures with you guys is so fulfilling. And it's uncanny/slightly disturbing (yet refreshing) when y'all spot the "latent sadness" because just like your walls, it's the "wait what? is it that obvious?!" sort of existential feeling. But at the same time it feels great to be seen as a whole human.
I speak for the INTJ community and say that if we're friends with you (ENFP), that means that we've seen the part of you that ya'll are trying to hide and we're okay with it 🙂

I would say we notice that wall. Just seeing it as a 20cm high thing - we need to be a bit careful not to trip over it, but can see right behind it and can go past it at our leisure.
@@justcallmejon22 It was not wasted time at all! Healthy ENFP will see, but respect those protective measures (at least the intent you built them with). Just expect an occasional poke if we deem it is for your own benefit :-D Sometimes, we can even help you to improve those measures in order for them to be more effective and less restraining for you (since barriers work both ways).

I clicked with an ENFP romantically. I ghosted him, because I was in a unhealthy place and I had unresolved issues. The connection was brutally "magical" We both wanted the same future, although he wanted in a way that I knew I would drag him down completely. so I just disappear. As an ENFP who has been left by INTJs. It's really hard on us when you all leave, because we see that broken part and honestly we are kinda ok with it. Because we are broken too. Like you see us as magical and yourselves as broken, and leave, but we see you as broken and magical, bc thats how we see ourselves. I wish we could just hold you all, and tell you it will be ok. So when you all leave, we don't just lose you, we also lose the part of us you brought out.

I'm the one who kept approaching the ENFP and sometimes bother them/pushing their button whenever I'm in my ESFP-ENTP persona (coping mechanism). The ENFP was goofy, energic, insane, and stuff but they became quiet and stoic when I'm with them (unfortunately). I kept being close to them during classes and other activities since I know abt MBTI&CFs, and everyone in my class is a high Se, Si user, and unhealthy Ne user, so I got no choice. But glad I can connect with this ENFP and feel comfortable around them.

I met my INTJ friend in a similar way. My INTJ had a friend who was giving me dirty looks. I don’t know what made me ask her why is her friend giving me dirty looks. Her response was “I don’t know. Ask her.” The was she said it was so stoic I thought I was hilarious. My response: “Yeah, I like you. We are going to be friends. ENFPs are truly the most chaotic type and it’s kinda our only rule. Politically makes sense that we are all over the board. ENFP research also shows we have of all the 16 personality types the most balanced brain functions. We tend to be pretty equal across the board as well as highly varying in what we use. We are chaos without the negative connotation, in fact our connotation highly depends on our Fi and the abstract chaos is just what Ne is in a nutshell.

I have always had mixed feelings whenever people talk about INTJ and ENFP as the golden pair. Like you, I see some truth to it. They are wells of ideas and inspiration. They give the creative ideas while I will be the one that works to make their ideas real, concrete, or workable. I also like the fact that we both have this desire to make a world a better place. Although at times, when I am in my anti-social, mistanthropic moods, I tend to avoid them because they can be overbearing and they tend to really just focus on what they think is right or how they think I or the world should be.

The most INTJ thing you said was about Enchanted vs. Pride & Prejudice. It’s because of how we view it differently. So, the explanation below is tongue-in-cheek, I love both movies.
I don’t think Darcy’s toxic and find him the more intriguing one.
I found Dempsey to be kinda a grump in that movie. He’s one of the those disappointing INTJs where there aren’t any fun, nuanced layers. He didn’t reveal a whole other side. He just grew to like her. And she was an idiot for putting a fish in her mouth. 😂 However, she is adorable, so totally see why you’d pick her.
Now, for the scrumptious Mr. Darcy (just commenting on the Knightley version). THIS is the type of INTJs we ENFPs love. He grew leaps and bounds and truly showed a loving side and was loyal to her. He helped her family in secret finding and paying the very man-who broke his sister’s heart mind you-a yearly allowance, so he’d marry Elizabeth’s younger sister and avoid a scandal that would've ruined all of the other Bennett daughters' prospects. It was an extremely high allowance, too. Mr. Bennett knew as much.
When Knightley was playing the piano at that old woman’s house, Darcy told her he found it hard to converse. She told him something along the lines of just do it.
What does he do? The very next day, he tries. Sure, nerves got the better of him and he left, but he tried.
This shows love. And not only did he not yell at her when she insulted and mocked his very INTJ-like proposal, he doesn’t argue with her. What does he do? Writes her a letter, explaining how that douche bag broke his sister’s heart. He isn't arrogant; all I explained so far he would not have done.
And at the end, he *walked* to her house, just like she told him she was a fan of. He matured and learned how to speak in her love language and made a better proposal.
And not only did he do all of those good selfless deeds without telling her (and she having to find out through third parties), he still respects her one last time during the proposal.
He risked his still-wounded heart and took one more risk to propose because he got the implications from his aunt; however he told Elizabeth that one word from her would silence him forever. Consent, love, love and loyalty through action.
AHH! No comparison! Pride & Prejudice is absolutely not toxic. I love a nice, layered INTJ onion. Snagged one myself. 😉 Darcy, ftw
I love both representations of INTJs but I feel like I have to defend Dempsey's character in Enchanted after you wrote the defense for Darcy! His character sheltered a random person he met on the street that he thought had mentally unstable, helped try to find a way to get her home, gave her money to sustain herself when she said she wanted to go look for Prince Charming, gave her a place to stay again when she couldn't find him, fed her, took her on a date, didn't kick her out when his previous relationship was on the line, didn't yell at her for cutting up his drapes, and most importantly..he allowed Giszelle to be around his daughter that he adores. Although jaded, Dempsey's character is a very healthy INTJ because he understands and displays empathy when he doesn't have to 🙂

Bravo 👏 very interesting video! As an ENFP I totally understand the underlying sadness, but I’m also very bubbly and outgoing when around good energy bearing people. I admire the INFJ’s desire to make positive change in other peoples lives and their genuine kindness and altruism, also their focus and intellect! The ENFP’s adventurous side mesh’s well with the INTJ’s want to explore new and different places and things.
I'm (ENFP) right now are close with an INTJ guy. People tend to address him as a cold and rude one, but i can't see any of that tbh. His straighforwardness actually what makes me interested at him. Despite how none of us try to get closer, we find so many connection in many aspects in our life that we can't denied we did feel a strong connection. We weren't try to find a romantic relationship. But somehow it's really comfortable to stay together.

I’ve been so conflicted with how the stereotype describes me as a ENFP and how cold and judgmental the INTJ is described. From my experience a INTJ can be surprisingly outgoing (in a intellectual way) when they are in their element and even friendly and open minded to other peoples thoughts.

My one friend I suspect is an ENFP, he said he loves that "mean mug" 🤨face I make and he finds it funny? I'm like NOOOOO don't do that lol. He ALWAYS finds my need to be sarcastic---you guessed it FUNNY, my wild ideas he builds on them and insists "he's in"😮? Normally people never make it past the death stare, yet there he is letting me prattle on about some outlandish business I find funny, while telling me "avoiding the fuzz will be fun...". I texted him a pic of the slot machines while I was at a casino and says "yes win us some money so we can't start that business we were talking about..." 🤯 There's no fuss with our friendship, no drama, no expectations it's just chill AF. He texts a couple of days before he calls to make sure I'm cool with talking on the phone!!! 😎He just gets me and isn't trying to change me or get something out of me---REFRESHING.
All the ENFPs I've dated said the same thing about my "mean mug" reaction. They relish in it 😂

ENFP seems "detect" when a thing or person is different, unique, original, they are naturally attracted to us like a magnet surely because we are unique and different.
It's strange and magic how Ni Ne instant connect. As a friend yes, but as relationship no for me, it's my personal preferences and experiences.
Fi seems more prone to express sadness, negatives emotions. Certains ENFP are more calm than others who are more emotional.

I know I'd for sure be attracted to someone like that and approach them if I hadn't been homeschooled, I remember not getting the cues that my cousins were joke flirting with this kid at their house like I asked what they were doing with their winks and hand waving kissy faces or something, and they said they were flirting so I calmly went 'oh..' before the absolute ***STORM*** of running after him trying to go in for a kiss that he literally climbed a fence, grabbed hold of a vine and swung across a mini river to his house so yeah MAYBEE I don't always get social cues but you can't say we'll play games with how we feel because the same thing happened with my neighbour that my brother helped set out this plastic kids picnic table out in the backyard for him to sit, and I say take a seat or something before straight out saying I loved him and that freaked that kid the hell out he ran and then literally moved back to his FIRST COUNTRY

And who else is going to wonder out loud if the shape of fruity pebbles were inspired by a booger? 😂 How else will he have an entire subculture built around our 3 cats, which include their rapper names (Oh-rie, K-Lobe and Little Way), the fact that the oldest kitty is the chief of the other two and is also a Mexican Don, that none of them deign to use vowels when they spell, and that one of the younger cats is a raptor bent on taking over the world while his wombmate (litter mate), is really a cousin of Garfield and came from the cabbage patch? Oh! And they each have their own voices when we narrate their behaviors. 🤪
Plus... how else would he have seen more of our country since meeting me than in the 27 years before meeting me (we've been together 14 years and married for 11)? And who else would get him to willingly zipline over alligator habitats, swim with dolphins and stingrays, hold juvenile alligators, pet flamingos, play with penguin chicks, feed stingrays by hand, feed birds on our arms in an aviary, hold starfish and sea urchins while walking on the bottom of an aquarium and wearing dive helmets, go spelunking, and camp in the wilderness for 10 days until our dog got us kicked out by a park ranger because camping was apparently not allowed on that trail and his human-like cries caused hikers to think we were wounded in our tent? Also, who else would convince him that visiting a volcanic park with sulfur deposits and boiling mud 5 hours before our flight left to return home was a good idea? We arrived at our gate just in time for boarding but had the time of our lives in the meantime... and now we finish every vacation with a super fun day right after check out. We plan the latest flight home possible, spend the day exploring and then head to the airport at the last possible second.
Prior to meeting me, he really only went on trips with his family or school. They rarely traveled and usually stayed close to home. He only socialized with a small group of people from our church. And he spent much of his time alone. Since meeting me, I've brought color, fun and chaos to his life. He loves our adventures and our mental sparring, as well as our cryptic communication, our fun what if... discussions, and the subcultures I build around random things... including inanimate objects.
My goodness... ENFP really is chaotic and all over the place. 😂
But, we are fun and we simply get INTJs... and we feel free to be our weird, chaotic selves around INTJs. My INTJ understands me in a way nobody else in my life ever has... including my ISTJ mother and ESFP father and ESFP brother. He understands me better than any friend I have ever made. The connection to him was instant from the first time we talked with one another. We just get each other and I love that it is like that for us.

Anyway, going back to that previous video/post conversation, since you were looking at characters, I'd recommend the ridiculously named 7th Loop light novel. It's a villaness reincarnation plot, and I will not pretend it's the best writing. But I was hooked by the very first chapter as it seems to be an INTJ/INTJ romance. Of course, maybe you'll have a different opinion of the MBTI types of the main pairing. But it works for me.
I'm fine with any pairing for INTJs as long as they treat us well 😂. I'm not sure if I accidently mentioned that I don't have N type friends in a previous video but I've collected all MBTI types throughout my life.
8:22 as an ENFP, you're not wrong - the other day - while at work - being told the worst possible outcome of a situation that could have happened, had happened - my immediate reaction was a very loud laugh..... My co-workers looked at me. It's like, well yep, i guess we get to sorting this now hey? The situation is what it is, so why be miserable about it?... and I guess I found it humourous because of COURSE it was the worst possible out come.

As an ENFP, I get called on my sarcasm, My friends and work colleagues say it is so deadpan you can't tell if I am joking or serious. As for the "bubbly " side as opposed to the deep-rooted sadness, It's because we live in the "what could be" rather than the "what is" and that can make us INCREDIBLY sad. As for our political views, of course you will find ENFP's on both sides, because to us, it's the IDEA we want to champion, it's what we personally find just and true, not always the objective truth.

I met my INTJ friend before I knew what MBTI was or that I was an ENFP. We had both moved into the same college housing. We both happened to be the last two people to go to bed the first night we moved in. We stayed up late talking about Star Trek and Star Wars. Over the next couple of days I forgot I met him because our housing community included 43 other people and all of the introductions mash together. A year later I couldn’t remember how we met or became friends and it took me some time to find the memories. It remains a treasured friendship to today.

The lack of Fe is what makes the difference. They are not deterred by our Fe signals because they don't see them. Entps who have Fe often will back off a little if they Fe sense us putting up a wall signal. Also enfps are the biggest N type group... they are everywhere compared to the rest of the Ns.
Biggest N group type that always seems to be attracted to INTJs. Our dating pool isn't as hopeless INTJs make it out to be 😅
@JustcallmeJon haha. Maybe so. I know male intjs enjoy female enfps. I haven't met male enfp, but lots of female enfps. They also break down walls to get to me. In my case though I find they are developing their Te function and always want me to Te their problems, at all hours of the day. It gets exhausting. It's a way of outsourcing your own Te development. I've seen this with entps and infj also. Entps follow infjs for Fe outsourcing so that infj can Fe their problems.
However, I do enjoy 2 enfp male streamers. Jesse Cox and DrGluon. They're hilariously goofy. Their let's plays are always a joy to watch.
I always feel bad for ENFPs, especially male ones, because there's so few INTJs for them to match with. And then we act like INTJs if they do find us. It's a lot tougher for them to get this match than it is for us.
You think that violating the wall at all times is better? My INTJ friends says ENFPs get tiresome at some point. INTJs need some time alone to chill.

My cousin is INTJ and I often attract other INTJs, and it feels like such an unlikely friendship, but it really is true that opposites attract. I'm an ENFP and awwwwww!!! We love you guys too!! Whenever I meet an INTJ there's an instant connection right below the surface and conversations flow so naturally. You pull one thread and boom... 5 hours later we've talked about a million different things. Not only that, but exploring the physical world and going on adventures with you guys is so fulfilling. And it's uncanny/slightly disturbing (yet refreshing) when y'all spot the "latent sadness" because just like your walls, it's the "wait what? is it that obvious?!" sort of existential feeling. But at the same time it feels great to be seen as a whole human.
I speak for the INTJ community and say that if we're friends with you (ENFP), that means that we've seen the part of you that ya'll are trying to hide and we're okay with it 🙂

I would say we notice that wall. Just seeing it as a 20cm high thing - we need to be a bit careful not to trip over it, but can see right behind it and can go past it at our leisure.
We wasted so much time on that wall if it's just a bump to ya'll 😭
@@justcallmejon22 It was not wasted time at all! Healthy ENFP will see, but respect those protective measures (at least the intent you built them with). Just expect an occasional poke if we deem it is for your own benefit :-D Sometimes, we can even help you to improve those measures in order for them to be more effective and less restraining for you (since barriers work both ways).

I ghosted him, because I was in a unhealthy place and I had unresolved issues.
The connection was brutally "magical"
We both wanted the same future, although he wanted in a way that I knew I would drag him down completely.
so I just disappear. I needed to heal before engaging in a relationship with anyone
But even we didn't have a physical thing, his mind was so colorful, vibrant and "cutely caothic". I was his grounded place.

As an ENFP who has been left by INTJs. It's really hard on us when you all leave, because we see that broken part and honestly we are kinda ok with it. Because we are broken too. Like you see us as magical and yourselves as broken, and leave, but we see you as broken and magical, bc thats how we see ourselves.
I wish we could just hold you all, and tell you it will be ok. So when you all leave, we don't just lose you, we also lose the part of us you brought out.

I'm the one who kept approaching the ENFP and sometimes bother them/pushing their button whenever I'm in my ESFP-ENTP persona (coping mechanism). The ENFP was goofy, energic, insane, and stuff but they became quiet and stoic when I'm with them (unfortunately). I kept being close to them during classes and other activities since I know abt MBTI&CFs, and everyone in my class is a high Se, Si user, and unhealthy Ne user, so I got no choice. But glad I can connect with this ENFP and feel comfortable around them.

I've been in a relationship with a INTJ for 7 years, and as an ENFP... Yeah i didn't see that wall, and my boy was literally in a corner sitting with a book and an angry face. He told me he felt sad and only wanted to be alone and he was so confused as to why I approached him... I only though he was cute and his book was interesting... So yeah. We don't see the wall😅
