Using foam tips does help with pressure build-up, like the Moondrop Quarks have a lot of pressure build-up and it goes away with comply foam tips.
The CCA CA10 are all BA also with a seudo-custom fit so its more comfortable and its tuning is pretty similar to this one so its flexible gaming wise.
