take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet"; you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.

I take my HESI A2 exam tomorrow. I am nervous to take it, even though I passed it 2 years ago. I remember they asked what HESI stands for so I remembered to write it down. (Health Education Systems Inc) Currently writing down a HESI quick-guide. Thank goodness for your HESI videos.
Nurse Shai, for the “fewer&less” practice, why is #2 less? I would consider plastic bottles countable but I guess the answer relied more because it said environment, hence why less would be the answer?

@@spiritualsecrets.k9602 hey just wanted to tell you I took mine last week Monday, and the videos really helped with understanding and remembering some of it especially the word vs. word ones, definitely understand everything in the video, she made two videos for grammar so watch both and then just do practice quizlets and you will do really good.

I’ve been watching your videos so informative
I’m not going to lie, I think the hesi grammar portion is subjective BS & overly unnecessary to learn. Nobody cares about a compound modifier when they’re in the ER. It’s complete nonsense and I sure did write the test makers a highly detailed & grammatically accurate scathing letter of how nonsensical the test is after I got an overall 98%. These people don’t care, they just want to make money off of people who don’t have the means to spend. I hope universities get a clue & collaboratively come up with their own test. The HESI in general is just stupid and I hope they go bankrupt. SMDH… Love your channel though.

Working is a gerund right? Is - is the verb
If you are saying she smells good then you are modifying the verb so wouldn't that be an adverb? so in that case good is used as an adverb.

Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I have been watching them since yesterday. I have a question is sat preposition or adverb? I thought on should be preposition in that sentence.
The word "sat" is a verb, and can sometimes be considered a noun. Prepositions are like direction/position words ( She sat ON the front row) . Adverbs modifies/ describes verbs, adjectives and other adverbs ( She sat SLOWLY on the front row).

This video made me understand why English is the hardest language to learn. Because English is my first language and I was still like -_- what. The which vs. that part I was just like okay I’m going to wing it.

Thank you for sharing. This is very helpful for me to study for the HESI. However, if you dont mind me asking, when you gave example in Preposition section, I thought “on” should be the preposition since “sat” is an action used as a verb in the sentence?

Hi Nurse Shai love your videos. But I'm confused on bring vs take. Wouldn't Dr. Smith be bringing his prescription pad towards his office. So the answer should be brought not took right? Anyway thank you for your time and help
Hello, I will check the answer key but you sound correct, because bringing means “towards” and take means “moving away”.

In one of your examples on Bring vs Take, would it be correct to say, Dr. Smith (brought) his prescription pad to the office. Your answer to that sentence was the word took.
brought is correct
#2 & 3 are wrong on which vs. that. Which needs to have a comma before it to make it correct. Otherwise "that" would be the proper usage.

“Chemistry” is an adjective?
In that example yes. Adjectives describe. What type of book? A Chemistry book. It describes the type of book.

Passing the HESI test is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr William.
I’ve always believed HESI is not for all but studying, you need God’s grace to pass.
