Even before Surfer I thought of Drac Dump! I’m so excited for Kkari she and Arishem were my most anticipated this month!!
I could see makari being ok in c4 - but Shanna will definitely cause issues (4/43 card, im i cluding raccoon are over 4 power) so thats what a ~9.5% chance of ruining a cerebro deck.
Plus hood, and zero (she pulls zero for me every time) can be really bad. Nico can give bad effects too such as destroying your next card or biffing a card forcing you to play cerebro instead of the curve you want. Chavez can buff makari if shes top of your stack and ruin your deck. Blade can obviously discard your cerebro. Squirrel girl can clog you even more as well. Bast can power down most of your 4s to 3...
Shana is just too rng for cerebro i think which is already trying its best to remove any RNG effects.
This being said im creating a jank annihulus hela daken combo so im all about getting jank to work. Look forward to c4 brews!
