I have recently bought one. I does really great job! There is no play between recievers at all right now and the installation is pretty easy without any drilling or any other destructive methods😀
Thank you for the video! I just purchased one of these recently and it came in the mail today, and I just didn’t know where to attach it before finding this vid. It was very easy to install and works great. I wouldn’t say it fixed the problem entirely, there is still a tiny bit of play if you try to wiggle the receivers, but it’s astronomically better, and almost unnoticeable now. I’d definitely recommend this to any scorpion owner, especially if you can find them from a US seller. If you buy from Ascalon, shipping to the US is about $50 :(
Just received mine and it only takes a second to install and problem solved. Looks good and did the trick what more could you ask for! Thank you for the product and the shipping info so I could track the part.
My suggestion would be to just cut two pieces of black or color matched electrical tape to length, roll them, stick them to the two sides by the pin of the lower receiver. Works great.
With CZ you never know. You can find pieces that don't need any fix at all. And you can find some that will have some play everywhere. This shim wasn't designed to remove side to side play.
@@tomdreu8455 With shim you won't lose your warranty and it's plug and play. To fix side to side play you have to redrill the hole first and thus your warranty is gone. That's what you're dealing with. There's always some trade off.
@@ascalonarms9156 that’s not entirely accurate. Its redrilling the slide release. Doesn’t interfere with function of pistol. I sent mine in to CZ with the aftermarket part and they still worked on it so that’s false
The spring effect will come when you insert it to the cavity in the receiver. And yes, it is suprisingly soft if you just play with it in your hand. If you're not happy with it than ship it back and we'll give you a refund.
Ascalon has a very good product here! The shim is a quick fix to a common problem with the Scorpion 🦂 ! Love the Scorpion.
I just installed mine yesterday, excellent product, it removed the slight wobble of the trigger pack, now everything is tight!!!
Cheap and easy fix, worked perfectly 👍

Installation was easy and it fixed the issue. Total for part and shipping to the US was $23.90. Well worth it. Shipping was fast as well!!
Just received mine a couple days ago and installed , night and day difference in the wobble at least for mine great product

Yeah, I went for the tape trick too but my OCD couldn't withstand the look of it so I designed this one :-)
@@ascalonarms9156 I'm weird that way, too.
I used custom cut 3M ear plugs on my AR.
Worked like a charm 😂 👍
But I got this for the cz scorpion.
I just ordered one, I hope it works, thanks
Definitely going to buy, this is a great idea!
Mine is on order. I noticed the wobble in lower just after pulling it out of the box, and didn't think it should be there.
I have one ..works great
Hi, Is it compatible with Scorpion Evo 3 S1?
Yes
Will this work with the 3+ Carbine?
Yes 🙂
Got one amd it works decently enough
With the magazine in there is no wobble. what is the point of this?
You're right, it serves totally irelevant purpose (beyond first world problems). But people keep asking for it anyways (not here to judge).
Product improves CZ Scorpion Evo, install easy.
I still get some side to side wobble, it’s a small amount but it’s loud enough that I can hear it. Is that normal?

Ok. It's good to have more options.
Mine has no spring to it and gives easily.

Hb has a pin that makes lock up tighter. And it’s cheaper
Don't you have to redrill the hole first?
It doen not fit in my scorpion
Did you get the email from us?
@@ascalonarms9156 yes i did. I think.
thats genius
Unfortunately it didn't make much of a difference for me, very minor improvement
Would you send us some pictures of it, please?
I’d buy it if it was $9.99.
