Good idea. There are always some kids that you just can't remember their names. It's not fair. Doing something about it is really relevant. Relationships, classroom management, teaching, it changes everything.

problem is admin and district offices bog down teachers with so much extra. Like having them prove that they know the students they teach? Come on now. What we need is smaller class sizes, that way teachers can connect better.
