- Sub Zero, like Shang has managed to anger the entire cast. This is the original Sub-Zero, aka Bi-Han. He has a 'colder' personality than his little brother, and a ruthless outlook on life, that makes the other fighters despise him.

The fact that Havik hates Sub-Zero because ice is water in an 'imprisoned' state is as insane as it is likely
I mean its quite simple water is like chaos in some regard or at least what havik wants freedom ice is forcing water into a certain form therefore removing its freedom
In the lore of the 3D era games, Chaosrealm people loved water. We don't have Chaosrealm in the this New Era yet, but it's quite fitting what Havik used to attack Orderrealm.

5:39 He is a certain level of evil. But he did not kill Scorpion's family. He kills men for power, he does not kill women and children for joy. I love this character.
I can only imagine how much hate Sektor will get when he's dlc. If everyone thinks Bi Han is that bad in this timeline, imagine Sektor.

I think Sektor might steal the Lin Kuei from Bi-han in the next game which will make Bi-han question everything he has done and regret his actions.

Can you really blame them for hating Bi-Han? This guy betrayed everyone, friends, family and even Earthrealm for the sake of power. He even let his own father die for the sake of acquiring the status of Grandmaster, which is something Sektor would most likely do. And unlike his first two counterpart, where they had the argument that, because they were turned into Noob Saibot after they were killed by Scorpion, this version of Bi-Han had no excuses. He's just a venomous and power hungry jackass who seeks only to please himself.
Even him showing remorse for the death of Sindel feels hallow from him, cause even if he’s genuine he has a massive black mark on his reputation now.
@@vanndymaywho1910 I don't think his remorse is genuine. A remorse is only genuine if AND ONLY IF it is excusable. But Bi-Han's "remorse", as we call it, is not. He's clearly faking it to guilt trip people.

Judging from the intro with Kuai Liang, he thinks their mother would have supported him, meaning she loved him more than his father and he loved her just as much, besides, maybe she died long before the incident with father happened (Bi-Han doesn't kill him himself, he just left him)

I can see why Shao and Reiko see bi-han as lower traitor because even though they betrayed the empire Shao kept on saying that he's actions was for outworld while bi-han betrayed everyone that ever cared for him AND he's own relm for his own selfish vision. It shows how low bi-han can go that even Shao himself see him nothing more than a pathetic turn-coat that would even kill his own family just for greed, pride and envy for power

I don't think that proves anything other than Shao is a delusional hypocrite, and it makes him infinitely more irritating. Bi Han sucks, but imo it's better to be openly terrible like Shang Tsung and Bi Han than delusionally terrible like Shao and Reiko. Like you're already a pos, you don't need to double down by being annoying too.
Killing his own father and betraying his own clan just for power is how Bi Han became Noob Siboot. (not apologies for the misspelling the last name)

I, honestly, can't believe Bi-han would believe a salesman like Shang Tsung. He might as well be a snake oil merchant with a silver tongue. But, Bi-han proved how easily he can be manipulated.
He saw gold, saw magic that could help the clan without much loss, nothing surprising

5:25-6:00, AND 7:30 show that Bi-Han still has that Pride when he was accused of Killing Scorpion's Family. And the compassion he had in Mythologies.
How come barely anyone is mentioning these interactions. It's one of the few times, he actually isn't pissed.
I would LOVE to see MK11's Kuai Liang school MK1's Bi Han. On that note, shouldn't Bi Han be paired with Frost during these intros? You'd think that everyone's hatred of Bi Han's betrayal would've taught that idiot something. At least Rain shows remorse and intent to redeem himself.
Frost was also mentioned it will take betrayal to open his eyes

Glad you do. I pick the Dialogues in order and try to use the best ones first. But also try not to reuse characters back to back.
It's OK, Bi-Han, Sub-Zero remains my favourite irregardless who holds the mantle. I did like this iteration up until his predictable betrayal.

I prefer the bi han sub zero from the Armageddon ending where you choose him to assist Liu Kang to defeat shang tsung and Quan chi, he's better than the original bi han
It’s nice that fate is showing that Bi-Han was not morally gray turned evil, but rather here arrogant and full of delusion. He deserves all hate
But just like a true character that embodies the concept of arrogance, he always believes it’s not his fault.
Although Shao may sound hypocritical in his judgement, I think in his mind, he did not betray Outworld. Just the royal line
But Sun-Zero not only betrayed earth realm he also betrayed the principles of the Clan and everything is for himself and not for Earthrealm.
He has truly become a Sub-Zero, a heart colder then ice. Here’s to hoping he becomes Cyber Sub-zero to drive the symbolism further

I'm still just wondering where Hanzo is.
In some of the Earthrealm intros they mention him. One of the Earthrealmers (probably Smoke) asks Scorpion why he's fighting instead of Hanzo, and he replies that Hanzo isn't ready. So Hanzo is the Shirai Ryu's 'Frost' it seems

Bi-Han isn’t my favorite version of Sub-Zero but I hate now that he’s the only one in this timeline, I’m one of the people who doesn’t like Kuai Liang being Scorpion too.
Because now there’s no good guy Sub-Zero, and like what is Hanzo’s place in this timeline if he’s not Scorpion now? If they’re even going to continue with this timeline, they can’t seem to commit to a single storyline now.
