That was a good Keto Chow box this month. Charity is a budding baker there, she was a great helper and taste tester. I have gotten to where I prefer allulose also. Browns nicely and no after taste for me.
Those cookies came out perfect. I’m sure they didn’t last long. The box itself doesn’t look that great to me. I’m glad I’m not getting that one. I’ve got my subscription set for every other month so my next one will be February but my subscription on the recipe cards will come this month.

Maybe add a little cream of tartar. Cream of tartar is what gives snickerdoole it different flavor
