BMW iX2 | Real World Review & Range Test

- The BMW iX2 is the German luxury brand's latest all-electric SUV offering. It comes with a 64.7kWh usable battery that is good for a real world range of around 360-400km.
It has a big boot of 525 litres. But space for rear passengers isn't great. Anyone 6ft or over will struggle with legroom and headroom.
We had the more powerful version with 306hp. All Wheel Drive gave it excellent traction, it it felt as solid as you would expect from a BMW.
It's pricey, but potential BMW SUV buyers won't be put off by that.

Nice video, keep giving those price comparison savings against ICE equivalents. Look forward to the next one
Thanks Mack! Great to get that feedback. Will defo keep up the fuel price comparisons.
Put my order in today
Congrats! Hope you get on well with it!
Nice real word with family review Blake. BMW seem to be going down the subscription route so you may be able to pay a sub for ACC given the technology is already in the car. At that price point I would expect ACC, blind spot, heated steering wheel, and electric/heated drivers seat. Oh your fuel cost comparison is a good idea.
Thanks Allan, glad you enjoyed it! You could be right on ACC. I hope to keep up the fuel cost comparisons.
Just 2 questions, was your AC on during the drive?
Also, what was the average speed you were driving on the highway?
Hi! You can see on the phone footage arriving that the cabin was set to 18 Celsius, but it was barely working as outdoor temperature was nice and balmy. Speed was as fast as legally possible, and still driving safely. So full 120km/h on the motorway the whole way. Thanks for watching, and hope you enjoyed it!
Does this have the 19inch alloys?
I think so. Can't find the spec sheet I got from the car...but looking at the configurator, they are the 19" Bicolour Double-spoke style 871 M alloy wheels. Hope you enjoyed the video!
Its the ugliest thing I've seen. No thank you. BMW should have evolved the i3 ! A proper EV
Don't hold back Michael, ha! Thanks for the comment...and fully agree on the i3, it's great and deserves a real update/development.
Go drive your 2001 Honda accord you melt 😂 the car is absolutely stunning
