I got enough for a down payment and that’s how I’m a homeowner now. Still plenty more to be done. My main thing is a put God and family first. The rest will follow

As a homeowner, i would recommend getting a truck before another car. Eapecially if you plan on doing work yourself on the house. Whether you get something cheap or you send it and buy a trx, get a truck. Im 20 with my own house, and i use my trucks much more than i use my viper. Partly because i do construction but mostly because houses take a lot of work
