If you get the Audi first, how quickly would you then be able to get the house afterwards and vice versa? Compare each scenario. Try to avoid creating too big of a gap between your rewards.

Definitely go for the house financially it also makes sense, and if you are about to write off the R8 payments you can buy a house, save up a bit then an R8 or even a cheaper supercar like a gen 1 gallardo and write those payments off.
