Thank you for this tutorial 😊🙏 I bought my daughter and husband this combo gift for Christmas and set up was fairly easy as you displayed but the figuring out the joysticks again, lol! As well as how to assign player 1 & player 2 was more challenging. Continued Blessings 🙏😊
I bought it today but I think it doesn't work because I connect it as you did and it appears loading but it does it many times and for a while the image appears but as soon as I'm playing asteroids deluxe it turns off and it appears again loading there is someone with the same problem and One question, the controls have two USB C inputs, what are they for?
Phoenix, where is Phoenix? I want Phoenix. Then Donkey Kong, if I can remember there is a pattern to the 2600 Pac Man game where I can clear every board without ever dying until my hand gives out. After that I'm looking for Frogger.
Thanks, just got mine shipped in. Im getting the OS update right away to get all the new patches or corrections and new features theyve expanded. I had some gamer friends that kept telling me to get the new 2600+ but i already have my Sears Telegames unit that still works fine, but ive lost a lot of desire to play most of the Atari games. I mean i grew up with it as a kid, so it was like when NES and later Playstation came out, and i also moved to PC gaming already, its like i moved on from the clunky primitive stuff already ya know? I have a Atari and Activision collection for my PlayStation anyway, but i will say that the controls just dont feel right when playing a atari era game on a more modern PS because the controllers just dont have that same particular, idk, dragginess? Like friction, but not. Its hard to explain. Warlords is just completely wrong on the PS atari collection. Lol So, anyway thats why i got this when i just found out about it and it looked pretty great, hey it has Major Havok!!! I had to get it just for that and Dark Chambers. I'd never played that one back in the past. I just bought an original Venture cartridge for my old system as it was pretty cheap. But the biggest attraction i saw was the potential for transferring thousands of games to this GSP once i saw that discussed on couple channels, i thought man, this thing would save me a lot of headaches for tracking down games, even old PC and other systems games that i always wanted to collect. Im just not that big into games that much anymore, due to depression issues, but there are a few old ones that i always liked and wanted to have for my own home system. Im trying to rebuild and upgrade my PC as the graphics card went bad, and just havent taken time to do it due to illness and taking care of parents, so this GSP unit really is helpful to make getting games and playing them with appropriate controllers , very easy. I paid half price for a brand new system, so i didnt think that was a poor investment at all for all the potential this has. All the best.
Thanks for the feedback. I agree that this system has tons of potential due to the expansion capability and the fact that you can enjoy Atati games using Atari-like controllers. I hope that all goes well for you in 2024 :-)
💯Agree. Very uninformative. I was hoping that I came across something that would have a little help. I cannot get the second controller to work. And I remember reading before I bought it. People were struggling, but nobody ever gave the answer how to get it to work on a two player game. And you think the instructions has it oh hell no
Thank you! I was trying to get this on to play with my sons and couldn’t find any tutorials.
That was my experience as well, and decided to create this video. Glad it helped!

Agreed. The MyArcade team put a lot of work into the anesthetics. I love the RGB effects on the joysticks :-)
