went to galena a month ago - its confusing how everything shuts down at 7:30pm. I wanted some coffee and ice cream in the evening but everything was closed :(

Love Galena. 1 hr. 40 min. drive from our home so we frequent it at least 10 times a year. Relaxing, great people, good food and history.

When I WAS A KID WE WOULD GO TO GALENA FOR GROCERIES. THE Galena River would flood main street almost every year

Didn’t realize everything closed early, when we went on the weekend the restaurants were at least open
