This has become my go to recipe for quiche. Today I am going to add fried left over diced potatoes to make it a hearty breakfast for my picky eater. Love the recipe!!
I was literally searching for a spinach bacon quiche recipe yesterday!! Love your creme brûlée recipe by the way! I make it for my husband and I on occasion and he loves it!!
You mention spinach at the beginning, mention dehydrating frozen spinach literally in half a second towards the end as you sprinkle the faintest hint of spinach over the filling, and then have fresh spinach as garnish at the end. Second, why did you sauté the onions first in oil and then subsequently add bacon to the same pan, when the bacon both takes longer to cook than the vegetables and contains more than enough grease to get the job done? A truly bewildering recipe.
Hi, Carina. Your recipes keep getting more beautiful than ever. What's your all time favorite cheese? I am looking forward to your Strawberry Cupcakes.
I would like to see a recipe for home made frozen economy burgers. Where we live, it is cheaper to buy per kg fresh meat than frozen burgers but they manage to make 36 while we made 8 that did not hold together well... It is hard to replicate since too much filler makes them taste horrible, they must add flavourings. Perhaps beans could be used as a filler? Perhaps chicken mince could be used? If you use pork please suggest an alternative as a personal preference.

How long would you bake the pastry if you were making a fruit tart? So a fully cooked crust and then adding in custard and fruit.

I would just leave it out or use caramelised onions or something else you would like 😊
