You had this from Shrewsbury Honda centre 😂 that’s the one I test rode 🤘🏻 I found the suspension very comfortable over our crap roads not harsh at all and the seat more comfortable than my 2022 500X. To be honest after watching your test ride the Hornet is not for you…. I couldn’t ride the hornet that slow all the time I’d be bored to tears.
Hi I'm a bit Pampered when it comes to comfort lol. My midnight Star is like sitting in a arm chair. You are right about the roads what as happen to UK roads. Don't remember them being this bad.
Cruises and adventure bikes are probably the only ones with some decent comfort for a pillion. But you right seem to remember slot of bike's with good pillion seat. Safe riding
yes compare with 500x in comfort, seats, and control. I hear this has short leg syndrome like the cb 650r. 500x is much more comfy. or how to lower the pegs. along with raising /acquiring a seat 1" higher.
Comfort for me was good, but my inside leg is 29in. If you got longer leg 32in and above yes will be a small fit. But do know a guy got this bike and he's 6ft 2in and loves it. All he rides is sport bikes so used to the positioning.
Hi. Not been on any mid weight bikes for long time. Most of my bikes have been over 1000cc. First mid weight one for some years. But hopefully test riding CBR 650r later in the week so can do a comparison between them two. And looking at test riding a few over the next month's. As hopefully will be buying later in year . Got any recommendations for me to test that would help me Thanks lee
Plenty of power. But you right didn't rev enough. Did the same for the first few minutes on the cbr650r lol. Haven't been on any other bike for a year except cruises. Takes a few minutes to adjust. What you riding? Any other bikes you think I should try out.
@Bikerlee I currently ride a 1998 yamaha road star 1700 bagger, a 2022 Yamaha mt07, a 2018 Honda CB500X and a 2015 gsxr750. Though I ride the mt07 90% of the time now. I have a stage 2 cam, ecu flash, air intake upgrade and suspension upgrades to the MT07, making the bike a beast. Pushing over 90hp and over 80nm torque. Even base though, the cp2 engine in the most playful in the industry. It ain't smooth, but it's fun as hell

I remember when they made most bikes for TWO people to be comfortable on. 😢

Nice described ride, it would be interesting to see how you compare it to the others of round about cc. Cheers!

@@Bikerlee555 hi mate, I've got the cb650r, the others would be the new Suzuki 8s and Yamaha 07 and triumph trident.
@@Extremegaz25 sounds good. I will see if I can get a ride on those in the coming weeks. Keep you posted. Safe riding.
Don't think you got over 4,000 revs 'it's got some poke'?....its not a cruiser, no point in riding it like one.

Honda is the vanilla ice cream of motorcycles. Reliably good but boring as hell. (Aside from the 1000r-rr anyway)
Suppose it depends what you looking for. What would you recommend I'm open to try anything.
@Bikerlee well, if you haven't ridden an MT-07 or MT09, I would say those are the benchmarks for "fun" Motorcycles right now
Will go and check them out . Thanks. What are you riding at moment?

Mt07 will definitely be looking at.
Many thanks lee
