When Alexander looks to the moon and says "You were right, Philby... I went too far", I always thought he had said "WE went too far" as in us humans with our constant thinking we can take and control everything. Afterall, they ruined the moon's orbit because of some drilling in just 7 years. Still one of my favorite movies and teaches a valuable lesson: You can't change the past because the past is what made us into what we are, but we can change the future if we are willing to fight for it.

(one without morlocks, mind you! lol) but maybe finding your primordial self is not so crazy after all!
The thing is, we all have our inner tribal selves, but the media, the system, the governments and modern society made us believe that everything related to the tribal world is uncivilized, primitive, and can't be applied to our lives nowadays. But I experienced my inner tribal self a while ago, I changed several of my life aspects... I wanna be more connected to nature, to my roots, to reality. I'm happier now. I like this life I'm living, not too immerse in technology. And that's what the tribal world is all about; getting in touch with nature, with your roots, with yourself; finding yourself.
I feel the same. Listening this beautiful music on headphones, then looking to the stars... like my ancient ancestors are looking down on me... and i get that amazing feeling, how beautiful this world is!
some sounds just connect with your soul... this masterpiece is one of those just close your eyes while listening to this and you will see yourself far beyond in the fabric of time and space
I keep listening to this over and over. I know I need to find the Primordial Self that is my true self. As Jose Basili mentioned, Tribal doesn't necessarily pertain to being primitive. It's the true world folks: the natural one.

The best film version of The Time machine, the 2002 film is a cult classic. Interestingly the Eloi village is built on the sides of the remains of ancient skyscrapers that have somehow merged with each other and possibly rock.
A beautiful and incredible piece of music with eternal qualities to it. Could be something distant future generations could possibly be singing. Who knows, there could be life like this a very long time from now.
One last thought: technology can be ok, if used for a reason to bring truth to people, but some people have forgotten the natural world, feeling like the technological world is all reality, but to discover your true self, you should look into the natural. That's also what this music reminds me of.
