That demonstration was very helpful. Unlike singing or wind instruments, we have to play the accompaniment too, so it was nice to know when you get to breathe in also.

I suffer from sleep apnea, if i playing e gutiar before sleep this makes me my apnea more worse....cause forget to breathe during playing difficult phrase on Guitar........i play over 25 years guitar i havent a teachter all my whole life, i lear everything by my ears........

15 years playing guitar , no breathing tension comes then learned nothing over those year's ,realized last year couldn't believe it .

Sleep apnea is challenging! If you can learn to breathe more while playing guitar, that will be helpful.
