Gonna be 100% honest I tried the powder and I get better pumps during my workout than any pre workout. Drinking this in the morning on empty stomach about 20 min before a pre workout meal (bannana and oatmeal or 3 eggs) and I had bigger pumps than pre workouts give me. I just started taking M-stack and aside from some strength gains I don't necessarily feel better than just taking animal pak. Honestly all you need is animal pak and a good protein and you're fine.
If you take 1 good scoop of the regular animal pak flavored powder and mix it with 6 - 8 grams of L-citrulline malate with a shaker cup be considered a great effective pre workout drink? Why and why not...Thanks for your honest opinion
Honestly I took animal pump pro for 3 months and although It's very effective I found that taking animal pak powder on empty stomach about 15-20 min before my pre workout meal and then going to the gym, I had bigger pumps than anything else i've ever taken. honestly.
How are you supposed to dose of vitamin powder properly, it doesn’t make any sense. Things shift and settle, you’re never getting a consistent dose with each scoop
Thank you for talking sense, I have thought about this for a while now I’ll stick to pills it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get the correct consistent dose of everything in a powder it’s COMMON SENSE, maybe one day you’ll get a little bit more vitamin A, and a little less of something else. Even if you shake the Tub lol lol lol I don’t understand how people can just accept and fall for this Vitamin in powder form Crap
The powder scoop is IMO a great practical idea. Above 7 pills it's not even funny, beyond 10 it's torture, I have been using animal pills for a long time but each time it was a real struggle, with the powder it's easier, you sip up everything and you are done for good, and it tastes great with cold water, so no complaints.

I just found out about taking powder vitamins I my self take a lot of damn pill vitamins some times I forgot. I have to take so many vitamins do to lost of deficiencies like the low calcium B12 and multivitamins and other vitamins too and after sleeve surgery next mouth I have to be on so many vitamins I seen a video with a Bariatrics patient UA-camr that showed she was taking a powder form vitamins supplement inside her pre workout I'm like wait what I didn't know you can do that just found out 2 weeks ago . Im definitely going to try it this way better so I don't have to take them big ass pill version vitamins thanks for this video it really help alot

It's not rocket science. The ingredients in % are the same. If well blended, you drink what you paid for. Its also the case with whey gainers and etc.
