Pep und Carlo sind zwei ganz verschiedene Trainertypen.
Man kann beide sowohl vom 'Trainerdasein' als auch privat und menschlich nicht vergleichen. Carlo unterscheidet sich durch seine ruhige italienische Art zu Pep, welcher seinen spanischen Enthusiasmus privat als auch sportlich stark und motiviert auslebt.

Respekt an Carlo! Und mit der Aussage: "Er ist der beste Trainer der Welt" liegt der Koch auch nicht Falsch.
Carlo noi a Roma la facciamo senza cipolla facendo solo rosolare pancetta e dopo aggiungiamo uovo e pecorino (non parmigiano ) magari anche del pepe in grani e poi si manteca tutto senza esagerare altrimenti si trasforma in frittata !
E lo chef che dice super...
NO parmigiano!! La ricetta giusta è: guanciale uova e pecorino romano.

yeah..the carlo is playing mind stuff on the chef to instill superiority. started when he's undermining by saying i cut better than u. u know pyschology stuff.

Carlo didn't say he cuts better than him. He said "I can cut it" and then the cook said "You cut better than me".
Carlo knows that the cook is a professional cook and you can see his reaction when he starts cutting the onion. He even said "Oh, this is class!"
I think the problem is, that the cook in general is a really cold person and he has a weird humour. And of course the language is also a problem.
xMythpug. i mean it as pyschology stuff. not saying he really cut better or mean it to him. u know joke could perform social function. this planted a sense of boss or authority.that's how the manager do mind games to their players. very basic stuff.
if u not believe, try to take some pyschology class.
