- A quick video, a bit rough around the edges, but fun none the less! Absolutely love the bones of this lass, Louise Bichan. Fellow islander and one of my best pals. Managed to squeeze in a quick tune whilst Lou was in Shetland doing her fantastic photography thing! =)
One of the great things about making music with friends is being able to have a giggle at the silly mistakes we make along the way. Music definitely brings out the best in us.
It's been a bad day for me today ... spent many hours in the ER, and now that I'm home, I received a notice of this video.
Without fail, your music always makes my heart soar and will either bring a tear to my eye, or a smile to my face. Thank you for giving this old man a bit of sunshine, in an otherwise bad day.
Aw thank you! I hope you are back to full health soon! xx
Beautiful comment, Jim :)
More of you two please. You're great together. Soo soothing.
Thank you! We are hoping to put a few gigs together! =) xx
Doamne... ce frumos! ❤❤
That was Wonderful! Great to hear you two playing and to see your smiles. It genuinely looked like that was a lot of fun! I must say, you are amazingly proficient and I can't help but think back to family reunions and the elders playing. My grandfather was a good accordionist, but you truly are like the great Lipovak. Thank you for sharing. Please, never stop sharing with us :)
Oh thank you! =) xx
This video just goes to show that the tune and technique doesn't have to be played note perfect every time ... enjoyment is the key recipe to make music good and enjoyable and memorable. A little bit of laughter is just so infectious.
I love your bellow shake lead into the 2nd tune! Thanks for the tip! Love your playing--keep it up! Mike

Love the part accordion gives the rhythm and violin the melody. You both laugh in that part too, which is great to see (and hear). Thank you for your tunes. Please play a bit more with a violin and laugh about it.
