Can this please be turned into a full length feature?! Your lighting and cinematography is incredible. As always, you did a phenomenal job setting the tone and atmosphere, and the actresses were fantastic. I'd love to hear how you pulled off the crow in the end!
Thanks for watching! This project has been a long time coming, with the feature script being optioned and having a few homes before coming back into our hands to produce on our own. The crow was first shot practically using a puppet provided by Bischoff's Animals in North Hollywood, and the fine folks at We Are Royale (an excellent animation, VFX, and design boutique in Los Angeles) worked their magic to add some extra movement and life to it.
I truly do this film does get made. I saw i originally on Alter and was immediately caught up in the story, especially the female lead. If it does end up being made i would really hope she makes it into the film. She brings an aura of believability which is a rare thing these days.
I've found this what looks like a year after it was released. In the comments, there's talk of more to come. Where's the "more" please? This could be highly addictive! It could literally go in so many different directions!
How the FCUK can you end this right there..?????!!!!! I’m so fcking angry and annoyed right now! Please tell me this was a trailer for the movie that you’re working on??!!
Just please make sure the ending is as good as the beginning, so many horror stories lose it in the middle act and completely spazz out by the third UGH
I’ve personally gotten a little frustrated with slow burn endings in horror films that just kinda fizzle out, this is not that. No spoilers, but things get pretty shocking, I’d argue that this short film shows off the tamest parts.
@@IsaacRuth That is EXCELLENT to hear!!!!! And by the way it looks great, not cheesy or low budget. Reminds me of the short that turned into Lights Out-- which was an awesome film even though it diverged from the original source. Good Luck to you- I'll be checking for this one!
