I’m a Kansas City native. Lived here all my life with the exception of three years in Atlanta. And I’m glad here that Kansas City is becoming more popular and growing.
@@LivingInKansasCity-JaylennWong In terms of a much better selection of higher paying jobs, Fortune 500 Companies, and high quality suburbs with excellent schools in the Midwest, there are plenty to choose from in Chicagoland or the Twin Cities that rank far better in quality of life than anything that KC has at all for the most part. Yes, that often comes with a higher price tag in terms of real estate and taxes. I also like smaller metro areas like Sioux Falls, Appleton, Grand Rapids, and Madison. I've lived in a handful of the places on the list and I have zero interest of moving back to the KC area after living there for over 20 years. KC and STL are both bypassed metro areas that will continue to be overtaken by emerging metro areas in the Sun Belt Coasts, and Mountain West.
April is a beautiful time of year! There are going to be a lot of people out and about. I would check out the farmer’s markets, or catch a baseball game at the K! Are you moving here?
I am trying relocate from CA to buy a home in Kansas City. What is process in job wise ? Do I need to be employed for 2 years in Kansas City to buy a home?
All you have to do is look around when you drive. I drive for a living, it feels like 30% of the people driving out there got tags from another state. I'm not only talking highways, I'm talking in my neighborhood, in parking lots. Someone's been trying to buy my house for 3 years now, we're growing!

A lot of Latinos are ... many from south of the border ..
KC has been home to a thriving Latino community for decades. The Westside the Eastside stop being stupid with your BS takes.
