those below the knees pause snatches translate directly towards kick-stepping into pass pro. great for getting out of their stance and creating space from their rusher's initial attacks.
Pause back squats to full depth combined with a posterior chain exercise suffices. Full depth pause back squats are brutal, but nothing builds overall body power like them. Rudolf Pluykfelder and the Soviets have known this since the 1950s, and so has Boyd Eppley at Nebraska since the 1960s.
I definitely co-sign the back squat... Snatch? Its good for everyone, I think a High pull or Heavy KB swing would be better for Linemen. High handle trapbar and weighted lunges are what I'd add.
Split squats, power snatch are awesome!!! 👍👍👍. Serious q coach. Why not box squats? ZTelander even prescribes stacked bumpers for overhead and Sots press. Remove plates to add rom. And, why not Anderson squats? I use a Rogue yoke with the bar at navel height. Self regulating safety. I stole it from Strongfit, the idea I mean. Maybe you can talk about Anderson squats someday?
I have ruffly a 750 lbs fourwheeler it is a TRV 500cc because I’m still in highschool I don’t have many options for pushing so I used this when it gets going it’s real easy until I get to my hill that’s about 25 degrees then in the middle of the hill it gets to 35 and I don’t have anyone to steer it so I have my brother on it so that makes it weight around 950 lbs up a hill I mainly feel it burn in my shoulders and feel it burn in my quads I’m am currently 15 I’m about 195 lbs bench 180 squat 265 and I’m 5’10. With that is there anything you would like to recommend me to work on I’m trying to get better and football season is right around the corner… I do have a hip mobility problem that I’m trying to work on getting stretched and I do have a back arch problem so that might have an affect
Box squats are #1. Pause on the box. That’s what it’s for. Real BAD advice not to box squat. Box squat, straight bar deadlift(T bar, T stands for Tampon) sled PULLS, box jumps. Theres your top 4 bar none, next..

This is what I wish I knew when I was still playing. It's all about mobility and conversion. I was so strong, and relatively flexible, but not mobile

My son is a 9yr old lineman in The Detroit PAL league, can I use some or all of these techniques with him ?
Use them all! Don’t go too hard before puberty because you could stunt his growth but around 13-14 years old go hard on the excersizes
@@benstaggs4410lifting weights as a young kid stunts your growth is a myth

If you can do a correct Olympic style squat with 225 you are pretty strong, being able to get down into an honest Asian squat isn't so easy.
crazy deep squat!!
