It was too easy to understand sir... But I have a question. That when sound waves enter into the oval window means into the scala vestibule and carry sound waves through perilymph reaches to the scala media and at last with the help of helicotrema it moves outward through scala tympani. Why does the sound wave move outward through scala tympani?

This is just pathway for sound waves. As I have told you that after passing through oval window into the perilymph of Scala Vestibuli, it wil move towards the perilymph of scala tympani through helicotrema but you should not ignore that from scala vestibuli it also go towards the scala media because the sound detection occurs inside scala media in Organ of Corti
