Also people don’t care minimal loss of hearing,comes to doctor in late stage. To common people it seemed much more complicated than eyes. Just know retina of eyes alone has 10 layers

My question is where is the information stored that defines these hundreds of tiny and highly complex structures? It’s clearly not Just DNA, which codes for proteins which are used to build the structures. So, where is the blueprint? To add to the mystery, how does nature build the right and left versions with perfect symmetry?
