It's a very excellent explanation
Hello, can you help me calculate my results?
Are you sure you really right about the calculation of Expect Value?
Greatly lacking how to calculate the IC50 directly in Excel. Why do you visually estimate the IC50 to 26 instead of using an equation???
Great way of study ❤
SIR LEFT HEART DOMINANT HAPPENS BY BIRTH OR ACCIDENT SIR
what about converting the concentrations into their correspective log10 in order to obtain a linear equation and then calcuating the Log(IC50) as the x in the equation of the straight line (considering y = 50) and obtaining the IC50 by considering it equal to "10^X"?
Good question .. I need assistance with this aswell
Sir g kindly taso lag time UA-cam la war Kawai Our eyes is looking for your new videos on research related
Sir❤
Sir Muje RCA Dominant hai
Thank you very much for the informative and amazing explanation .
Mashaallah sir G ❤
Very informative👍🏻❤
Thank you so much for this video...I learnt a lot!!!!
Is this and the one with data analysis same?
Thank you so much sir❤
Thank you very much sir
Good day sir. I'm a chemistry student and i'm experiencing difficulty arranging mine. Is it okay to email you, sir? I need your supervision on this matter. Thank you!
Dr, i wanted to confirm does you standardized the response (effect) from control in the video you showed us ?
Thank you sir for the great opportunity❤
Thank you 😊
Actual method
This really helpful, thanks for the video
🙏
Thank you
Thanks for the video its very helping
how can I get the LD50 ?, you just talk about IC50. or are they the same thing ? thank you
Same is the procedure for LD50, you will just have to put the values of various concentrations vs lethal effect
@@drsajjadahmad3832 thank you so so much 🌷
Thanks sir
Thank you sir g
If I need any clarification on my project work regarding IC50... I will email you sir. Thank you sooooo much for sharing this.
Thank you so much Sir for sharing this calculation of IC50 of more than 50% scavenging activity. God bless you
What is the difference of getting the IC50 and LC50? Is it okay to use it both for determining the larvicidal activities?
Off course... The same method is used for IC50 and LC50... You can employ this method for larvicidal activity determination
mathematically they are the same. IC50 is for inhibition of grow. This inhibition could be due to toxic effects on cells or by citostatic effects. LC50 is for Lethal concentration, that is the concentration necessary to kill half of your cells/parasites/larves and so on.
Good evening sir, sir I'm PhD Student of biochemistry in abroad, sir I'm feeling difficulty in arranging my data to calculate IC50 value, sir I need your supervision, may I have your email address, Thank you sir in advance
Yes please... sajjad.fls@suit.edu.pk

Hi m also a phd student , please let me know if you learnt to calculate ic 50 please
i tried to buy the electrod array and i dont find it, is it te same electrod of electrod array whitch extract data from the brain?!

Thanks alot for this amazing video.it helps me very much. But, I have a question, please. The chart line which is vertical on x (drug conc.)is changed in the end of the video. as at the middle of video it is between 600,650but at the end of video it is at 650. Is it an error or do you mean something from that.
Thank you for your appreciation and kind words... Actually if you focus on the video at 06:15, it shows the IC50 value of 625 by vertical line and the answer is also 625 by equation but after applying the equation the vertical line is misplaced due to technical error but the value still remains the same as 625.. Hope you would be able to pick the point.. Bless you!
Where did you get the value of y
If you focus on the video, it shows how to figure out IC50 from a data... The value of "y" means "50" is actually the "50" in the "IC50"... You can also put the value of y as 90 if you are going to figure out IC90.. Hope you would have got the answer 😊
@@drsajjadahmad3832 Thanks a lot Sir.
Thank you!
Great sir
Its easy to learning
Very well sir g But it well be best if you also write with discussing i-e pyloric spicter and give arrow My mean is animation videos
wonderful suggestion. Thank you.. I'm planning to do that in next videos
Thank allot sir for always making it easy for us
Great sir G
Feeling pride hf a such professor.
Sir which type of gases are present in fundus part of stomach
The gas in the fundus have the same composition as that of the air i.e., it contain Oxygen, Nitrogen and Carbon dioxide
so informative thanks sir g for such a nice video
Thank you too ☺️
your efforts must be appreciated thank u sir😊
Thank you too ☺️
Great sir ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💜
Great sir.
Thanks sir 🥰🥰
brilliant lecture about blood pressure. But I have a question that only carotid sinus and aortic arc is a site for baroreceptors or without these sites any other else may exist.
Dear, the baroreceptors are also there near the aortic sinus on the ascending aorta but majority of baroreceptors are on carotic sinus and aortic arc.
Respected teacher as you mention during lecture that 2/3rd of plasma moves back to blood capillaries while in the end of lecture you mention that there are walls like structure which only allow one sided flow.
