    1. Don't let love for someone overwhelm you
    2. Stop caring for everyone and reduce your empathy
    3. Distance yourself from people who bring negativity
    4. Keep your feelings and viewpoints to yourself
    5. Establish limits and don't be always available
    6. Make yourself a priority and adopt transparency

Some of the worst things that happened to me. Brought out the best things that happened to me. I've felt lost hopeless and that a mistake I made ended me. Later. Without that mistake. The new better door wouldn't have been there to open. It's crazy. The time of suffering in-between things can really make you think you messed up or it's all over but I can say all if not most has sent me in a better direction. Be patient and believe in that when it happens. As much as you can and as hard as it is.

You will find a lot of pictures with Marcus Aurelius wife Faustina. The most famous Stoic quotes are from Marcus Aurelius, Seneca and Epictetus and maybe this answers your question. You are very welcomed here and I truly appreciate you writing what you think. I will try to implement your suggestion on the future videos to show more women. 🙏
