For those of you that are saying they weren't physically injured, they are describing PTSD symptoms which can last a lifetime.
People shaming victims for suing you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is why we have laws and if you break them and someone dies then you can sue. This gives people the right to justice. Let the judge decide that’s what court is for.
The thought of being TRAPPED like that for hours. It is TORTURE. Absolute hell. I get a panic attack feeling just listening to them.
to all y'all who are defending travis, i really hope you get the help you need because if you view this man as innocent and spend your time defending him when these people are suffering not only physically but mentally and sharing their traumatic stories you need some serious help
If you attended the Astroworld concert and you receive a message for the refund or the betterhelp counselling kindly do not accept it. It will waive your right to sue since it will be considered as a settlement. Just go ahead and sue in a court of law and hurt him where his pockets lie. Please share this with as many people as possible

"We pay these people to protect us" the fact that the CHEAPEST ticket was $350 + the $70 concert fee is absolutely insane. $400+ just to get in and it doesn't cover food, rides, drinks, any merch. $400+ just to stand in general admission and livenation still decided to cut corners and not staff proper security, provide a reliable source of free water, or even hire enough fully trained medical staff. It's sickening
Travis is the type of person that if he wasnt getting sued or fined he'd be bragging about this as if their lives didnt matter. He would definitely be bragging bc he has before.
So they can bolt the barricades down to trap people in the pits, but they cant bolt the fences down to stop the stampedes of people that are sneaking in?
The female dropped from the stretcher passed away yesterday. May her soul find peace and all the families affected.
The security are despicable. How could you hear MULTIPLE people say they can’t breathe and tell them they can’t leave? WHY didn’t they let them leave??
Considering he also let this happen during a pandemic, where capacity should be even more highly prioritized, is actually really jaw dropping. You’d think his team would even think of that
As a PTSD sufferer myself I can tell you that you dont need ANY physical injuries, You dont need any outward signs! These poor kids have crosses to bear for a lifetime!!

A really appreciate how gentle the lawyer was with these victims, they went through a lot, and having a little empathy goes a long way
The more I hear the accounts of the victims, the more I feel like this was not an accident. Criminal charges must be filed against all the individuals and organizations involved in this disaster. People died, and these kids are traumatized. I am not buying Travis' excuses. This was a nightmarish massacre.
Is anyone else irrationally obsessed with this? It’s so depressing but I need to know everything about it and I need to know what the outcome will be.
Travis, his group and the organizers should be held fully accountable.
Crazy how hardcore shows don’t even get this bad. I feel so bad for them. They didn’t deserve to suffer this way and I hope they get justice. Remember to always be kind and help one another ❤️
I have PTSD and him saying he relieves the concert in his dreams made me cry. Him trying to explain that experience. I am so sorry for these people.
