It’s crazy I got one coming Monday next week. I didn’t really know about the coup until last week. Need to swap the emblems out as they are faded. It’s got under 100k on the engine. I’m getting it for 6k and I’m pumped. I totaled my G35 last May and have been without a car.
The tiburon was hyundai showing their craftsman skills into making a great looking car, the genesis was a result of listening to the community on what they wanted from the Tiburon (rwd, turbo option) Without a doubt one of the best sub 40k cars of the 2010s
I have a tiburon (first car) there is very little to no aftermarket support it’s so difficult to find any quality parts at a reasonable price. I love the car but it’s such a nuisance when it takes 3 hours just to find parking brake cables that fit my generation. I wish the tiburon got more recognition because it could be so much more if there was just people buying them so there would actually be a demand for aftermarket parts and in turn more companies making parts to choose from.
@@gavinhicks7621 I have owned 3 Tiburons I know all about it brotha haha. I have moved up a lot since I last owned one but I still believe to this day it was the more well balanced car for the money sent I have ever drove. Hyundai definitely turned their shit around in the mid 2000s and I think the N is a far superior choice then the focus RS or the sti.

@@4thelotto75 it's great. Pushing 7.7psi stock block. I'm going on the Dyno on Wednesday to see where we are at power wise. On 5.1psi with a boost leak we made 394whp and 362tq
@@4thelotto75 another update now on 7psi still stock block and boost leak fixed we are pushing 440whp and 390tq as of a week ago

Hey I’m getting a 2010 Monday. I never really knew about the coup before last week. I needed a car bad as I destroyed my G35Xs. It’s pretty clean just need to change out the emblems. Less then 100k and I’m getting it for 6k.

Just picked up an immaculate 2010 2.0t with 104k kms or 60k miles for $10500 canadian (auto sadly but the car was too clean & well taken care of to turn down) coming from an 08 si fbo & tuned. I'm very excited I absolutely love this car:)

Depends how much you wanna spend.. intake, exhaust, suspension/sway bars, ecu tune are all fairly easy to get.

I have both an Rx8 and a genesis coupe 2.0t and the genny makes a good daily, personally I find the stock height is pretty low couldn’t imagine daily driving it slammed.

6 cylinder I have one it’s great
If you want to make more power then go 2.0t. If you don’t want to do much to the engine then get a 3.8.

In my opinion the 3.8 is the better option. More powerful and reliable out of the box. Also, if you decided to go forced induction you can make 450+ on the stock block! -Brent
