A baffled catch can from 3point8 would be a good mod for peace of mind.
Megan trans mount and 4th diff bushing mod will get rid of any drivetrain slop.
Not seeing the install on the short throw dipstick. Disappointing. First mod I do on every vehicle.
Idk, std swap is expensive, I usually do coil-overs first cause they're cheaper.

Hey man love the génesis it’s looking sick, I am planing on getting one maybe a 2.0t or a 3.8 but have you ever had any problems with it? Are these cars reliable? I would apriciate it thanks
The 3.8 is pretty reliable, I had it boosted on the stock block for 3 years and daily drove it most of the time. The 2.0t seem to be weaker, at least compared to other 2.0ts

you installed the coolerworx wrong. plate with studs go UNDER the trans tunnel. it says it in the instructions. I made the same mistake too and it was much more noticable

forever feel like you missed out with this car because of your transmission issues.... what a shame dont know anyone with the amount of issues you had with shifting....
I feel like it’s been the clutch the whole time but I don’t feel like throwing more money at it
@@RspecRyan why not get a stage 3 competition clutch? i have a stage 2 and its great shifts are spot on. but never had the 2nd gear lockout in the first place. sure it isnt your diff bushings?

@@sohogen8482 I have 4 diff bushings and I pulled my 2013 trans out and put a 2015 trans in it, Megan trans mount, redline fluid, coolerworx shifter, engine leash, driveshaft flex discs (no u joints) the only thing left is the clutch
