Love the background/base color as well as the exposed ESC switch during the sound tests to easily identify which switches we're hearing. Excellent. Sub earned!
Great video. Loved the demos with the colors on display. I love my blue switches. My desk shares a wall with my daughter's bedroom. She's 13. I've been in school (undergrad then grad program) for the past couple years and she mentioned when she falls asleep hearing me type up papers she knows how hard I'm working and the sound is actually soothing. I mean, sometimes I'm just chatting with friends. lol I didn't know she could hear me typing. I need to replace my keyboard and was going to get something quieter but that's when she told me not to. She likes it. Clickies are staying.
this was insanely helpful, I just bought a PC for the first time and I am the ultimate newbie when it comes to all of this stuff...I'm used to laptops! I wanted something that was similar to my laptop's keyboard and see how the key gets pushed down for each type helped way more than just hearing the sound. Thank you so much!
Had no idea what keyboard having a brown switch meant...your tutorial was perfect. And yes we all greatly appreciate you not being like the rest who talk for 10 minutes before getting to what we tuned in to see! You're GREAT...im definitely a follower of yours sir!
Great video, that escape key and chart paper was a nice touch. You pretty much covered everything do mention the actuation force tho, it makes a difference. Cheers
Very rarely do I "like" videos. I liked AND subscribed because you didn't bury the most impactful/ important information to many people to try to increase your time of engagement. Thank you for not being cheesy and crappy.
I"ve been looking into this topic, and until now I've only found long ass videos, and websites that don't touch the basics. your video was concise and informative, thank you!
Yeah, I instantly liked this. Recently, I got into this world, and the number of people who just talk / have super loud music / just show the keyboard has pissed me off way too much!!
I recently got a keychron k2 with brown switches, I plan to use the keyboard with my Mac for coding. Love the way the blues sound, hopefully I can get a set of blue switches in the future so I can have more options. Finally getting into the world of mechanical keyboards, very exciting
Honestly I bought a brown switch keyboard on a whim recently and it's such a freaking step up from membrane boards that I can't go back. Bought a blue from the same make and it's... novel. But it's deffo loud. I think I'm sticking with brown forever. That tactile feedback is just too good.
i like brown the most, tactile and not loud. Used blue switches before, liked them a lot, but it really was too loud, so i swapped to brown, already tried red, didnt like them, just felt mushy and weird for some reason idk lol.
>not talking for ten minutes before doing a sound test please leave a like yes thank you, I definitely did. I appreciate you respecting the viewer's time, liked and subscribed.
I cannot get used to MX blues and I think it’s about the dissatisfactory overall feeling rather than the click itself. It’s personal preference😊 I prefer tactile though (browns or clears). Excellent video
In a pair of months I have beend used a Blue Switches keyboard, and the clicky sounds is music for my ears, but recently i try it a Red Switches keyboard, and now, dude i miss the Clicky Sound 😢 But the Red Switches are great for typing or gaming. For games it is the icing on the cake, they are excelent.
I do appreciate you not talking for 10 minutes before the Soundtest. So much I am gonna watch the rest of the video. Thank you. If this was part of your strategy, it worked :)
helping a friend out with getting a better keyboard, and just wanted a simple video to show the difference between the main three. this video was perfect!
Bro, thank you very much for your video it was very helpful to me, I didn't know what was de difference and I'm about to buy a 65% keyboard and on Amazon they have the option blue/red.... thanks.
as a programmer and gamer i couldnt decide on which to get and ended up getting red. looking back i think i would have liked blue better. i guess i can always get another one and repurpose this one.
Personally, I find red switches to be the most satisfying to type on when it comes to low profile keyboards. I just got my brown switches and I find them a little too clacky and springy whereas the reds feel more smooth and thocky. Brown feels like a midpoint between blue and red.
My neighbour loved the blue switches so much he threw a brick at my wall to hear it better

This was so wholesome over some switches
Hate the clickies! Linear reds all the way till the grave!

literally left a like due to doing the sound before talking for 10 mins :)
Liked the video precisely because you got right the sounds before yapping for 10 minutes. 🤣 The yapping was good too though.
