THIS BALSAM SNAG WAS HIDING AMONG THE FOREST. WHEN I PUT THE FIRST CHAIN SAW CUT IN.. BROWN GOO CAME OUT ,, INTERESTING .. SO I SMACKED IT WITH A FIR TREE

Hey Chester!!, morning all, hoping u all have a great kind day and welcome to all new subs! Loved the driving segment wit the music Buckin, that was cool! Take care and MAGKD!
Opening scene reminds me of the feeling I get when watching Pete Townsend throw his guitar on stage!!! Lol...I guess that makes me a tree hugger, buckin' 🌲😍🌲
I come here so my ol lab can watch Chester on UA-cam. He thinks it's the choppin Chester show. As always good to see ya out working Billy boy. Stay safe mang.
That vulture was so cool. Seeing that thing posing with his wings spread like that, like a natural totem pole, would have me wondering what the universe was trying to tell me in that moment.
My goodness man,,, it is the middle of August already... Time is ripping by.... I loved how proud you seem with the boy's stumps... you were grinning like a proud papa.... stay safe
New to the channel just wanted to say love it !!! Love the positive energy and fun I love the tree work I run a sthil 660 for large eucalyptus. That I get from fallers and tree guys . I have a large fire pit and use it as a bbq as well I only bbq over the fire so we go through lots of wood and they are always cutting down large eucalyptus near us because of root rot . They are happy to give me all i want as it saves them trips to there yard anyways . Great work thank you again !
You’re welcome for me subscribing. Channel good and very uplifting compared to many other channels. My father did some logging in his younger years and I helped my grandfather when I was younger running the sawmill. The trees you cut are just so tall compared to Pennsylvania where I live.
Wicked mufflers. I love the muffler mods and all the different ways they can be done. I Think the one on your Mac that points down like dual exhaust is my favorite.
Your right Buckn its goin fast, we are day by day getn older, wake up in mornen ya know you have another day, make what ya can out of it im always hopen for another video soon as i roll out! Its good chain brother, ive cut alota hard hard seasoned hedge, love to ya all Buckn
CHESTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, man, I've missed seeing him! Good to see he's doing good, just hanging out on his bed! On the Archer chain, where is it in terms of ease of sharpening? Like Stihl chains are harder than Oregon, so where would you place Archer in hardness? That vulture reminded me of a totem pole, when his wings were spread wide Pretty awesome! Love y'all! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Yes life is fast. Today is first day watching channel. my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer this morning. Was sitting in her hospital room depressed and crying. Looking around on UA-cam and found this channel. I'm also a fellow chainsaw guy. I have to say Billy's attitude has got me thru this day. U have a lifelong follower here buckn Billy. Thank u
Hey buckin could you please take a sec to give me your most honest advice to a new guy looking to start his own tree service way down south? By advice i mean knowing what you know now about life and business what would you tell a 30 yr old you if you had to do over again? Thanks for your time i look forward to more videos and i can tell you i learn so much from you its the small details i feel that really set you apart! Thanks again and God bless brother!
Axes are like women. The curves tell the story and are ment to be handled by someone who knows to handle them. Treating them with respect and finesse. God bless
I agree on clubby axes. My axes are all 40* year old True Temper axes that inrehung a couple of years ago. My favorite out of the bunch is my 4.5 single bit with a 31.5 inch does leg handle. I ran over it with a tractor and cracked the eye over 25 years ago. I had it MIG welded and it is as good as new. I have all my True Temper axes painted in their original candy apple red color after I sanded off all the rust. They are as good as when new. They all have new leather sheaths that I made for them.
Hi Buckin Billy. I guess it hit and missed yesterday. I work in a feed store warehouse. Hobbies or I make pens split rail fences. I also enter some wood cutting contest.

You know something, I’ve got this oak tree that has been ravaged by carpenter ants, hollowed out, and just plain dying. It would be a dream to have you take that thing down for me. Just to watch your craftsmanship in falling a tree, dare I say art. It’s a dream, but man that would be cool. By the way, welcome to all of the new subscribers. Hope everyone here is doing well.
New sub...love watching your vids! Your energy and love of life is awesome Buckin! My dad and I cut a good bit of firewood here in Pennsylvania. Around 30 cord a year. Love splitting it all by hand, axes and mauls for our nasty hardwoods. The old mac's are great we run a pro mac 1000 when we get into big stuff. The 576 helps her when needed. Much love, keeps the stuff coming!
I've watched almost every video from the past 2 years from the library, what a hoot, and I have learned a thing or two. Tried a few techniques out and love 'em.

Nice vid on the rot thing. Chamber size can be offset by how the tube is inserted before it's welded. Insert a tube(s) back to about 1/2" from the rear so the exhaust comes forward, expands, and the pressure wave pulses back packing the cylinder - and then blows out the pipe. Chamber size also effects torque in that bigger chambers pulse back batter at lower RPM. So it depends on where you want to run your saw ...

Liking that 372 for sure. It is my next saw. Back in March they were 100 bucks off, last (2) at the dealer. I snoozed & loozed, snapped up real quick! Been looking at the 572XP, looking pretty good but will probably order up a 372 & go with a 22" bar & chain, more than suitable for my neck of the woods here in VT... One question Buckin' Billy Ray: Did you bring enough axes? Bill on the Hill, Vermont, USA... :~)
I have been using archer for a couple of years now and can honestly say it's great value for money. I cut mainly dead Aussie Ironbark for firewood and let me tell you like most things here in Aus it's hard as to cut. The archer holds its edge well and not a lot of stretch.
