Yea I thought the same thing for a while most of the ones I seen were not that appealing to my eyes but the ks2 was different and I was happy I could flip the knife out with the thumb stud. The tool set is useful and the bit kit is awesome and it fits in my pocket really well
THE VERSION THAT WAS NOT (((D2))) HAD A EXTREMELY BAD LINER LOCK FOR THE MAIN BLADE ASSUMING THIS IS THE D2 VERSION WOULD U B ABLE T TELL ME IF THAT IS NOT THE CASE PERHAPS??? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🗿🗿🗿
I bought this one before the d2 version came out. So this is pre D2 and the liner lock on this one seems to be fine. I don’t have a problem with it at all. Maybe the one you seen had bad QC? It’s all good for this one though!
i have both the KS2 and KS2E (with d2 blade) and absolutely zero problem with the liners locks on both. Actually all the locks (liner or not) and tools on my S802s, M1, KS2, KS2E are working fine and no problem at all.
@@nitric75 I have not heard of the issue he speaks of yet but I don’t have the issue either but it’s not to say that every manufacturer doesn’t have an issue once in a while.
@@whitetailsurvival2430 Yes, i agreed with u. I am not sure he even owned one KS2 or not and typing in CAP is kinda annoying. Anyway, how "extremely bad" can a liner lock when its just a piece of metal that hold the blade in place when fully deployed. I have my issue(s) with LM surge and its now forever in the drawer - never used. LM scissors are so lame when compared to the roxon scissors. Roxon scissors just cut so well with better grip (due to the size).
@@nitric75 yea your right I seen a bad liner lock one time but it was because the liner lock slid past the blade and it was on an extremely cheap tool it still would fold shut all the way into my hand. I’m thinking it was maybe a 1 off tool or an oddity possibly the knife wasn’t engaged all the way. Something odd for sure!
All Roxon multitools looks so ugly and outdated but this is a rare one that looks OK😂
