I found an album by these guys in my library of all places. Imagine the fuss it caused playing the album at high volume back then. I just couldn't help myself, gay rock instead of the high energy high camp stuff that was the "gay thing" back then.
Can't believe it has been almost 20 years since I found that tape. I then went to my local "Virgin Megastore" and ordered it causing the poor bloke taking my order some embarrassment as there were three other shop staff at that CS desk.
Though he got his revenge one Saturday when the shop was full by shouting at me across the floor that the album was brilliant and would a I like to meet up for a drink. I was so shocked I just said yes, while a couple of my friends were trying to stop themselves falling over with laughter as they knew I hated such public acts. I have never gone so read before or even since then.

First off, oldinfant23, Kurt was never bi. Kurt once mentioned that he wished he was bi or gay so he’d piss off all the homophobes that listened to his music. Second, Kurt was totally fine with this song.
First time I hear this song (even when I "sort of" knew the band from a time ago) but this it's funny as shit, as punk is (supposed to be) funny, and all about first thought best thought! I don't get at all why people goes mad at this song! C'mon Kurt kissed Krist a lot of times in their presentation (well, they engaged in fights too, but that's not the point here!) besides they (Nirvana) said a lot of times that people that didn't liked gays or womens stopped going to their concerts!

I really don't understand where people come up with stuff. Teen Spirit was a deodorant marketed to teen girls by the way started in 91, lost its popularity.
