There’s a Criminal Minds episode from years ago that featured a killer that was into Evanescence and other bands with a similar genre and they discussed how being a fan of theirs meant that the killer was essentially a narcissist with a personality disorder. When I saw that I honestly got immensely triggered. Studies have shown that people who listen to this style of music are more well adjusted individuals than people who only listen to party music and things like that. Even emo and screamo music can be helpful to someone by allowing someone to confront their pain instead of avoiding it. Just thought I’d say because I appreciate and I respect what you’re doing.
