"Lithium", "Call Me When You're Sober", "Everybody's Fool", "My Heart Is Broken", "What You Want", "Hi-Lo" - these being ones with videos. Boy, you're missing out!
Definitely do more Evanescence. Must listen tracks include: 1. My Immortal 2. Good Enough 3. Call Me When You're Sober 4. Everybody's Fool 5. Snow White Queen
Kentucky chicken scratcher WORD! Especially when I was taking lithium as a teenager. I was so fucking depressed and my anxiety was bad. I was losing myself horribly
Evanescence’s “Fallen” is a legendary album, full of bangers, not a skippable track on it! I would recommend “Everybody’s Fool” great track that has a cool music video with it.
I love how people from different backgrounds and love for music try these types of music... most people think metal is just weirdos with guitars and drums.. its such a wide genre
I love that you really pay attention to the lyrics and the music this is what sets you apart from most reaction channels that just want views, you are actually on a journey and its awesome to witness.
I think I remember that the lead singer of Seether said that Broken was Little diferent song but he change for Amy and that he regret. For me it was bs bc the song with Amy is one of my fav songs from highschool :D and it was a hit song on the charts in Europe.
Yeah its Seether,a great fuckin band too.I seen Seether live with Evanescence twice n she came out both times to do "Broken" with them...She's amazing, n Seether has great songs too,a great one to check out"The Gift".
Many moons ago I had the pleasure of seeing them in concert. Her voice is so powerful. I swore she could've done the show without a microphone, it was just that powerful.
I’d love to see Crazy On You in particular!! I’m a massive Zeppelin fan & thought Ann killed Stairway To Heaven at the Kennedy Center Honors! Absolutely amazing performance & Ann’s vocals were as strong as ever. ♥️
I saw her first major live performance in the Boston area in the early 2000’s. The mc told us she had crippling stage fright, and was throwing up, so show them love. They absolutely murdered their set, and people cheered her on the entire way. Memorable performance.
When the CD first came out I bought it tells you how old I am cuz I was an adult LOL and her voice is Angelic and captivating even with the rock music behind it and the whole CD was absolutely amazing and a lot of their songs didn't make like the top 40 on the radio but they're all really good every single one of them
Great video as usual and awesome song. Yes it was on the radio. Check out Call Me When You're Sober, Bring Me To Life, Lithium, My Heart is Broken, and Sweet Sacrifice. Theses are just a small amount of songs that they have
@@norsegamingtv1686 they certainly aren't pop and their music is heavier than your average "rock band" so yeah, I'd consider them metal...and if you want to go sub-genre, probably power metal because of her operatic vocals.
@@purplebeard1526 Never said they were pop. Nor are they metal either. Metal is Nightwish, Epica, Delain, Within Tempation, Leave Eyes..and power metal??? Sorry but that's not correct either power metal is Battle Beast, Unleash The Archers, Powerwolf.
The song you mentioned before is actually called Bring Me To Life. For a time, Going Under was on the radio. I love that song!!! It's one of my favorites!!! Other Evanescence songs I recommend for you to react to are My Immortal, Everybody's Fool, Whisper, My Last Breath, Hello, Haunted, Imaginary, Sweet Sacrifice, Call Me When You're Sober, Lithium, Good Enough, Like You, What You Want, The Other Side, Made of Stone, My Heart is Broken, Lost in Paradise, Say You Will, New Way To Bleed, Missing and Hi-Lo
Amy Lee has one of the BEST female rock voices EVER. She can literally sing about anything. There are some covers that she did and one is a led zeppelin cover going to california
The Rhaze I remembered because Preston & I felt the same about the video for it, lol ☺️ Omg! I just rewatched it myself & I'd forgotten P says he likes all music except *Heavy Metal* & mumble rap! 😂 He's reacted to more metal than almost anything else, except rap, on his channel, lol. I'm glad I watched it again.
How could you not hear that? This is an epic, a classic today. They were cool already, when Tarja was singing Nightwish. Love Amy, she is gorgeous. All her songs are masterpieces.
Their first album, "Fallen", is a musical gem, tracks like Bring me to life, Going under, hello, my immortal, Whisper, Everybody's fool, were/are my favorite.
She was so talented (still is) at such a young age, not only the music, but the posing and acting under water she did takes major skill. She was like only 18-19 here.
Ive grown up on rock bro. Grew up in a city in Indy that is rap dominant, just love what you do and wish i had an open minded friend that could vibe with me like this and trade music experiences.
Some other Evanescence songs: My Tourniquet Last Breath What You Want Whisper 2002 Haunted Everybody's Fool Call Me When You're Sober And of course "Broken" from her collab with Seether
This takes me back a tick. Back when my friends would crank this album everyday. After numerous listens my favorite song on this album has to be "Imaginary". She sounds incredible on that one, you should give that one a listen.
The most underrated Evanescence song out there is The Last Song I'm Wasting On You... there isn't even a video to it, but it is absolutely heart breaking. Yet I've never met anyone else that knows it
Benito Martinez not hating on the song but every time it comes through randomly on a playlist I’ll skip it immediately because I’ve heard it sooooooooooo many times back in the day. It was played to death.
Call Me When You're Sober, Everybody's Fool, Haunted, Lithium & My Immortal are also great Preston! Try to check out 'Seether - Broken' & "KoRn - Narcissistic Cannibal" featuring her as well.
Oh hell bringing up a bunch of old memories on this one. Funny story, first time in strip club, super uncomfortable and unsure what to do, gorgeous goth chick takes me in the back and gives me the hottest lapdance I've ever had in my life. All to this song. One of my favorite memories. Thank you for bringing it back.
Evanescence (and Amy Lee) just haven't received the recognition that they deserve. The wide range of the different types songs that Amy can handle (try Lithium, or Hello to see what I'm talking about) is fantastic!! I just now (this year) discovered how great they and Amy Lee really are. They immediately became my most favorite band ever. Evanescence are touring right now, and are also writing songs for a new album. Can't wait!!
I was 16 when I saw her and that guitarist in Mandalay Bay at the piano. Didn’t know who they were and sat and watched for two hours. Couldn’t believe the voice I was hearing.
You only need to hear 1 of their songs to know this is a serious group. I discovered them back when they were still playing the clubs, before they got a record deal. I knew they were going to be huge then.
"I consider myself a fan of Evanescence but I never heard of this song." If you were a fan you would own the Fallen album, on which this is right the first track. And despite being underrated it is one of their greatest hits.
Not underrated was a big song in its prime!
I’ve loved this song for over a decade.
Amy Lees voice is so beautiful and it’s opera trained.
he was saying of these and i agree...my immortal wake me and everybodys fool always get love before this song
The word "underrated" is overused.
... and misused like "literally"
So glad you reacted to this! She is so incredible! Check out "My Immortal".
And Broken, by Seether.
Just about to type that. Honestly didn't think it would already be the top comment.
Totally agree. I'm still waiting for Within Temptation Ice Queen

They are an Italian goth band. Similar to Evanescence
Ooo I love them!
I was getting ready to suggest it, glad I looked! The new songs somehow are even better. "Reckless" is the one that comes to mind.
Evanescence’s “Fallen” is a legendary album, full of bangers, not a skippable track on it!
I would recommend “Everybody’s Fool” great track that has a cool music video with it.
I agree. It's so rare to experience an album where EVERY SINGLE SONG is perfection. "Fallen" is one of those rarities.

Have to do "my immortal". Her vocals are flawless. Evanesceance is a very underrated band
Their first two albums were so fantastic. This album set the tone and then The Open Door, um, opened whole new levels of their songwriting.
You should watch her do a live duet of freak on a leash with Jonathon Davis of Korn it's Amazing
I second this
Yeah definitely
Growing up with 4 sisters and two moms this song was overplayed. As an adult it hits me hard because none of them are around. great reaction my friend
Evanescence -Haunted....that's another under rated song of theirs
That one's very dark too. I think Tourniquet is their darkest song though, but Haunted is up there.
I always loved that song! One of their best.
yeah that drum fill during the breakdown gets me everytime. its simple but so fucking good
