    Great vid, Jeremy! You’re like a cross between Repo Man and Kai Lenny. 😎 inspiring me to get back in the New York waters real soon! You’re a force of nature buddy. Thanks for the ongoing stoke.

      thanks bud! it was quite the marathon day, and I even had to edit out various sub-plots, twists and turns that I wish could have made it in. I hope it's getting nice in your parts, just starting to feel like spring around here and it's glorious. hope all is well and I hope to catch up soon. I wish you all an awesome week ahead!

    You are a beast not giving up after that early morning workout.
    Just finished 4 days of wind, now the storms are back just in time for work. Sprained ankle not stopping me!

      oh dude there was a 3rd pummel sesh before I got out in that last sesh that I removed out due to the already long length of this video. I tried for over 20 min with all my friends watching before I walked to the end of the beach and swam out where the waves were smaller. it was quite the day!!
      awesome you got 4 days of wind!! bummer about the ankle... I hope it heals quick! sounds like you can make it work which is great. good luck bro! I wish you an awesome weekend and thanks for watching!!

      @@OCEANBOUND1 that's insane, I would have been so tired haha. One of my footstraps broke and one did not. I've tightened them way up now so I can't fit more than my toes under them so I won't get stuck. No airs for a while, but I'll survive. Haha you too buddy, enjoy it!

    I felt with you each wave going out .. had fingers crossed thinking you would get a puff to get on foil..... couldn´t believe when you got to Nahant AGAIN! ... nice waves though worth it. 😀😀

      haha yeah dude I actually had a 3rd sesh where I tried to get out, unsuccessfully, before my last session. I ended up cutting that out due to redundancy. I prolly had 7 hours of camera footage from that day, my originally edit was like 24 min so I was able to get it down to 16 and could have gotten it down more with more time... but I still wanted to tell a story.
      waves were sooo worth going back out. offshore winds are no joke hard but I had a blast.
      thanks bud, I wish you an awesome day!!

    What happened with your DW board? Why didn't you use it? Did the novelty wear off that fast?

    • @OCEANBOUND1
      @OCEANBOUND1  3 місяці тому +1

      DW board still exists! I just didn't bring it this day. getting out in a high wind and big wave day with that board is hard. I actually just made a handle for it that should help managing the board while getting out. plus the 20-30mph headwinds are a little more problematic with a 7'2 length I could have used it for the novelty sesh but I just didn't bring it. plus, I really really really wanted to use that 680 and a smaller board was gonna be the most fun setup for that. it will be out soon! I may go paddle on it today...
      I wish you an awesome weekend bud!

    Hi Jeremy your videos never disappoint . Would you have any advise I have been wing foiling for over a year on Armstrong ma foils find all great kit but find pitch control hard . I have a 70 fuselage 235 stab . I put a blue shim in that made it 5% better but still up and down and breach a lot . Should I put the mast from centre more forward so I have more pressure on front foot . Help

    • @OCEANBOUND1
      @OCEANBOUND1  12 днів тому

      sup bud! interesting you find pitch control an issue with the 70 fuse. I've only tried one once and it was a waaaay smoother ride, slower to turn and seemed more stable as far as pitch goes. so it seems like something else going on here, but shims on the 70 could be a lot different than the 60 I ride. less shim should stabilize it and point your nose a little more down. I guess let me ask you... what board are you on? where are you in the mast track now? and is breaching your main problem? also, have you tried other foils or only Armstrong MAs?

      @@OCEANBOUND1 hi thanks for getting back to me , I have a gong KUBE 95ltrs 4’6” think it is a freestyle board with feet on forward strap position , mast in centre . I have a Armstrong ha 1850 foil that is slightly more stable . Breaching has been my main problem had some real heavy crashes . I think it is me not the kit it feels like I am on a balance board and after a few minutes it just hard work . I was told at the beach two weeks ago put the fuselage forward so I have more pressure on my front leg felt better but was 3.5 weather , last week I went out 6 Mtr was all over the place . I might go out a few more times then think about a lesson I am out of ideas .
