    Another good one Sir.
As an ex boater and tournament angler from KY who is now a land based angler in FL I’m certainly enjoying and learning from your channel. Keep up the fishing and excellent videos.

1st time watching..... so far, I like what I see. It's good to see land based fishing, especially for snook. I can't believe you caught at the golf course! Good job! Good editing. I'm gonna subscribe. Keep putting content up like this and you'll be successful. Tight lines!

You don't need a golf course, they're usually a pain to get permission and they don't want us there.
Try the beach. It doesn't matter which coast, you can catch snook all summer in the channel between the sand bar and the beach. Or try the passes/inlets. Catch live bait with a cast net and use a light weight or no weight. Cast up current and let your bait drift down naturally. Then repeat. I grew up in Sarasota and you can catch snook on 6 lb test at the beach easily. I caught 100s using live greenbacks, pinfish, grunts, croakers, finger mullet and mojarra that way. Lots of times you can see them in shallow water and cast to them. Lures work too but if you want to catch your first snook I recommend live bait. Use the lightest tackle you can, and keep your bait drifting with the current. I like outgoing tides around the passes and beaches. I hope that helps.
