Cole showed no mental toughness at all. He made a bad decision so show some mental toughness and keep them at 3 runs but instead he falls apart which was more disturbing to me. Your the Ace of the staff act like it instead of letting that decision unnerve you. This game is completely his fault.

At this point the weak minded coddling players from any constructive criticism is really getting at the root of all the problems with this team. We have seen it from Torres’ lack of hustle and how Boone handled it, Boone’s head exploding when he was given some constructive criticism from Jomboy on Anthony Volpe, and now this. Notice how Boone is in the middle of ALL these situations. Teams take on the personality of their managers in baseball especially and IMO, this team reeks of beta male energy and it definitely shows.
