I myself has followed your videos and started feeling better in sciatica but sometimes I get confused as the symptoms do still prevail and I don't understand whether there are signs of healing or not. My MRI shows diffuse posterior and biforaminal disc bulge at L4-5 level with a small left paracentral protrusion and ligament flavum hypertrophy causing canal narrowing and compression of the call sac nerve root and bilateral traversing L5 nerve root
